Regal Bath & Kitchens

Rich came out and gave us an estimate. We picked out tile and fixtures and scheduled a start date. The fellas that did the work were a pleasure to deal with. They did great work. Work was completed when promised. Price was reasonable. The shower is beautiful. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. We would definitely call on them for future remodels.

After our initial meeting, Jim from Regal Bath & Kitchens took the time to prepare a CAD drawing of our new layout. This showed me that he was a true professional by making sure that all cabinet dimensions will work with the space I had available. This gave me a level of confidence that when installation day came, I wouldn't worry that something was ordered incorrectly causing delays. Additionally, Jim was very responsive to my questions by phone/email. He made me feel like I was an important customer which speaks volumes about his level of customer service. My kitchen remodel is even more beautiful than I could have imagined! This was definitely a positive experience for me, and I know you will also have the same experience if you use Regal Bath & Kitchens for your job as well. A++

Our bathrooms are just beautiful! Jim was a pleasure to work with on these projects and totally professional. He worked with us through the whole process and made sure we were satisfied with the result. Jesus did an amazing job on all the tile work and Chris did a great job on all the plumbing. We now have the bathrooms we dreamed of!! We felt their price for this job was very fair and reasonable.

They were very accommodating and responsive to any kind of problems that we had. They were prompt when they were going to show up. The tile-work was the main issue. The quality of work could have been better. It took maybe two weeks for the whole project.

The process went as well as could be expected for $25.00. I think I got my moneys worth. As for contracting with this firm, I am not sure at this point. Once I have the design and scope have been finalized I will forward to them for a proposal. There is a selection box above for "would hire again" There needs to be another option . . MAYBE/POSSIBLY Sometime it is not just a yes or no. In this case it will possibly will hire again

The only word I can think of is perfect. This kitchen has custom tile work, farmers sink, cabinet's designed just for me along with wolf appliances. Jim's attention to detail is unbelievable, this kitchen had many add on's along the way by me and he had the experience to be able to make them all work. It's been a year now still love the kitchen and I still get many compliments on it.

Regal Bath & Kitchens was a fantastic choice! They were professional and courteous. I met with Rich, the co-owner of the company, to discuss the remodeling of my master and guest bathrooms. He listened to what I wanted done and was able to suggest ideas if I wasn't sure what to do. He gave me a 4-5 week timeframe for the work to be completed, and they were finished in 4 weeks! He checked in regularly to see what progress was being made and was always available by phone to answer any questions I might have. Jesus was here for the entire 4 weeks and is multi-talented. He was able to work on everything that needed to be done; and, his workmanship is above reproach!. Chris was here for most of the job. He worked on the plumbing and assisted Jesus with other tasks. They were both very pleasant and knowledgeable. They put down cloths to protect my wood flooring every morning when they arrived. They cleaned up the work spaces every day before they left the house. And when the project was done, they thoroughly cleaned my garage where they had stored product as well as cut tile, etc. during the project.. Regal Bath & Kitchens provided a high quality bathroom remodeling experience. And, the final appearance is more than I expected. I would highly recommend this company.

Just wonderful. Jim was great about letting us know when he would arrive and was always prompt. He was so good about working around our erratic schedules and yet get the job done in a professional and timely manner. Jim has a work ethic not often found these days AND his price was more than fair and in line with the work. A beautiful job well done. We were in the housing contracting business years ago and know quality. We highly recommend Jim and Regal Bath and Kitchens.

Regal was fabulous to work with from start to finish. Jim is very responsive (never had to wait more than an hour or so for a return call or text) and a total professional. He provided me with a detailed quote and was meticulous about showing every single line item so there were no surprises. His work came in at his quoted price (a bit lower, actually, as I sourced several items myself). The work is first-rate. There were a couple spots where I wasn't completely happy and he quickly addressed them (a dinged drawer front that he replaced, an adjustment to the backsplash that his tile guy made the next day). His team is every bit as courteous and professional as he is. They had the demolition done and the kitchen operational within a couple of days - I had my sink replaced so that took a little longer, but it only took a week. (I had a traditional sink torn out and replaced with a farmhouse style so it took a little extra work). I got an astronomical quote from Sears for the same work, and a couple other quotes that were either close to or below Regal's. I am beyond thrilled with my choice to go with Regal. You hear horror stories about contractors that leave you hanging for weeks or do sub-par work or come in way over their quote. I didn't get any of that with Regal. My one initial reservation with Regal was that their portfolio seemed to favor a pretty traditional look and that's not what I wanted. I wanted the white kitchen with a kind of cottage-country look. I'm thrilled with how it turned out!! I will be working with Regal again when it's time to remodel my bathrooms. (ignore the missing door front in the pic - he brought that out the following week).

Jim Gildea returned every phone call quickly and efficiently. He quoted a fair price and we hired Regal Bath and Kitchens. His crew showed up on time and were very fussy with their work and were sociable as well. Nice to have friendly people working in your home! Every question I had, Jim answered it and was more than willing to do whatever we needed. His crew were proficient and I am proud to say the kitchen turned out so well, that we ordered more cabinets added to the kitchen. I would recommend them any time.

Everything went very smoothly, and the provider was extremely professional and also, which is a HUGE plus in my book, friendly/personable. I would recommend Regal to anyone. In addition, since the provider also does Bath, he was gracisous with his time line to review with me possible new updates for my bathroom, ( per ,my request). I felt this was a great customer service add on !

I will recommend Regal Bath & Kitchens to my friends and family and actually already have. We couldn?t be any happier with our new/remodeled bath! From the beginning Rich guided us through the design process and assisted with all of the different material decisions. My wife is one of those HGTV addicts and had several ideas of what she wanted, Rich pulled it all together and created the bathroom that fits our needs and looks outstanding. The demo/construction crew lead by Jesus were courteous, professional and respectful while in our home. The job took a week to complete, every afternoon all of their tools, materials and drop cloths were packed-up and out of sight. We are both extremely pleased with the finished bath and look forward to having Regal remodel our other two baths and kitchen in the future.

Jim did a wonderful job. He was able to fit us into his schedule relatively quickly after initially quoting out the work to be performed. The installer was on time and did the work all on the same day. Jim also patched some dry wall that I had been meaning to repair. All in all it has been a pleasure working with Jim and will be working with him with other various house projects we have been planning.

This is our first time through any remodeling process. Jim and his team at Regal made it very easy. Prices were fair. Work was completed as promised. We love the work and the results are beautiful. For me, it was most important that I felt comfortable with all of the workers that were in my home. Jim is flexible - in many cases we bought our own materials in order to find the best bargains - and he was always open when receiving my "what if" texts even when work was in process. I will definitely use them again and will refer them to friends.

Jim, Rich and all the employees of Regal Bath & Kitchens did an outstanding job on the total remodel of our kitchen and two bathrooms. Always professional, prompt, they do amazing work and keep the work site clean. From start to finish, Jim takes the time to listen to what you want, make suggestions if you aren't sure and will work with you to ensure the final product is to your 100% satisfaction. I was so nervous as I had heard horror stories about home remodeling and we have not had any issues with any of the three rooms we had remodeled. I would highly recommend Regal Bath and Kitchens for any small or large remodeling project.

Jim and his decorator team were fantastic. From the moment we spoke on the phone he understood exactly what I wanted. He was professional and responsive to my questions and needs, He kept me updated thru-out the remodel. His team was efficient and neat. The most amazing part of this whole remodel is that I did it all long distance. I am in Chicago and the Condo is in Scottsdale. We did it all via texts, emails and phone calls. Jim would send me pictures and ask me if I wanted to change anything. He cared about the smallest things. When he finished the remodel he noticed that several of my canister lights were out and he replaced the bulbs for me. He also replaced the furnace filter because it had become dusty with all the tiling they had done in the bathrooms. My Real Estate agent was so impressed with his work that she asked me for his information so she could pass his name along. Regal Bath and Kitchens is outstanding.

From the moment we contacted Regal Bath and Kitchen, we were treated with utmost professionalism and sincerity. Jim, owner, was super awesome to work with. He listened to our needs and wants and got every little detail. Even after the contract was drawn, we went back with a couple changes and additions and every time Jim was always very accommodating. The team who worked on the bathroom was great as well - very professional, talented and diligent. As with any renovation, we had a couple bumps along the way with design challenges, etc. but we always felt that our happiness was the top priority at the end of the day. Jim came out, discussed the job with us, and made suggestions that were very helpful. He emailed us an estimate that included tearing out a wall and some specialized cabinet modifications. Throughout the job, Jim was on site making sure the work was progressing and solving any issues. When our countertop choice was going to push us over budget, he brought us a sample of a similar product from another line that is perfect for our setting. We so appreciated his personal involvement in our satisfaction with the job. The workers came on time, did excellent work, and kept the area very clean. We really felt like this company went above and beyond. There were some unexpected modifications needed and we weren't charged for change orders--Jim worked it all out to stay within budget. Our experience was really wonderful and we highly recommend this company.

First I had already picked another company before regal came out but I wanted to make sure I had chose the right company. When Jim got to our house he asked what we wanted to do and what kind of budget we had in mind. Within 24 hours he had proposed a plan and details along with approx cost He was better in both categories from my original choice and felt very comfortable with what he had promised. The workers showed up on time every day and cleaned up each day after work. Highly professional,competent and never had to worry about not being in the house. The results far exceeded our expectations and will be using them again in the very near future to lay tile in front room
