I recently hired Prowest because of their reviews. The project was so poorly done that I a 45 year old woman had to climb on the roof to take pictures of the bad job. They left trash in my front yard. Took off skylight without giving me notice or covering my furniture. They broke my AC unit outer case by dropping a piece of tile and didnâ t even inform me. They just completed the job 2 days ago. Both of my sons had their feet punctured by rusted nails left in my yard. ProWest was expensive and is not a real roofing company. They just subcontract smaller companies and their employees work on sales commission. Project Manager Booker Boynton was in charge of the project

I recently had my roof and A/C unit replaced by ProWest because of a hail damage in Scottsdale on October 15, 2022. I want to complement and thank Andrew Maddox and Mitch Levy for doing such a good job on my project. Both of these gentlemen were competent, knowledgeable, had great communication skills with me as the homeowner, working with the insurance company, and coordinating with all levels of the ProWest staff and contractors. Mitch was especially helpful with the interface to the Farmers Insurance Company and their adjusters. He took the required pictures and electronically transmitted them as required by Farmers and helped me with ALL the paperwork. These two made sure that I received a call every Monday bring me up to date on all progress/issues and answer my questions. At all-times if either of them could not answer a question I had, they would quickly get the answer and let me know. You could not have a better team than Andrew Maddox and Mitch Levy â they really worked well together to constantly move the work forward.

Great roofing company. After a hail storm I couldn't get anyone in my town to even call back, so I reached out to Pro West Roofing (they're based over 100 miles away from me) and they got it done fast and right the first time. Zachary was excellent to work with and his communication throughout the process was great.

My roof was damaged in a storm and I contacted my home insurance company. I was going to try to repair it myself to save money and hopefully get both sides of the roof covered from the insurance money. While outside covering the roof to avoid rain damage a Prowest Roofing truck came by and Zachery Radmall stopped by. After discussion, we agreed for him to help me with the roof replacement and repairs. Zachery came out at 6:30 the following morning to meet the insurance inspector. From that point forward Zacery completely worked with the insurance adjuster and was able to get all the damage covered and my COMPLETE roof repaced, His team of employees was out on time and the work was done to perfection, My roof is completely replaced and looks great the best thing about it was I had to do nothing Zachery Radmall handled everything. Collin Kettering stopped by our home and offered a free roof inspection. We accepted and he found that we needed a new roof. I called our insurance company and they sent an inspector out and reported that we did need a new roof. I called Collin to let him know they were willing to pay for a new roof. Collin was very knowledgeable about every detail and always answered our questions. The roof was completed in two days and Collin was keeping us informed on every detail. He was stopping by throughout the two days to make sure everything was going like he said it would. Great team leader for the roofers. They did an excellent job and covered all our shrubs. They were going to rack our yard, but we told them it wouldn't be necessary as our landscaper was coming the next day. I highly recommend Collin Kettering and Prowest LLC.

Sam Eid 602-790-4378 (Prowest LLC) was great to work with! He helped with my insurance co. Allstate, after they sent a claims adj from an outside vendor who spent under 10min on my roof! The original claim went through for missing roof shingles based on this incompetent estimate, when in fact I needed a new roof. Sam went above and beyond, giving Allstate proof that I needed a new roof. Thanks Sam Eid for incredible customer service.

Our rep was Jeff Guthrie. We found him to be most helpful throughout all aspects of the re-roofing of our home in Sun City. The work was done in a timely manner and they did an excellent job. We are well-pleased with the result. Jeff is to be commended for his patience as we worked together in dealing with the mortgage company. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Our Project Managers were Matt and Matt and we couldnâ t have asked for a better team! They were on top of every detail and were quick to answer any questions we had. We tried twice to go through our insurance and were denied so we ended up paying cash. We were provided with an excellent deal and the work was done with high expertise and efficiency! The crew were respectful and very thorough with the clean up. I highly recommend doing business with ProWest and working with Matt and Matt!

This is a very high quality company. Kevin and Rusty are awesome, professional, helpful and informative. Phoned them on the recommendation of people in Sun City and so glad I did! Was in a nightmare situation with another company for about 7 months. Kevin and Rusty came out to talk with me and they took care of it all! What a blessing. Highly recommend!!!

New concrete tile roof. They worked with the insurance company and the people who actually did the tile installation did a very good job. I would recommend them.

They were professional. They moved large items out of the way for me and placed them back when finished. They covered all bushes and plants. They did an excellent job and they cleaned up everything when they were done. I highly recommend this company.

Just a word of thanks and A positive recommendation.Prowest worked with our insurance To secure financing to replace our wind damaged roof. They were very professional and efficient...old roof came Off, new roof went on all In one morning! New roof is perfect!! Sometimes things just work out right.We are very pleased!

Thomas C. was the sales rep. they replaced the whole roof, the job was done professionally in two days had a little issue with the evap. cooler but the problem was resolved, for now, Thomas was assisted by his wife Marissa who also works for Prowest following up on the job as it moved along very pleasant to work with. I reside in Tempe in the Shalimar neighborhood.

ProWest and James Lugo (480-528-3575) have been really good to work with. I had my tile roof redone and also the patio and flat roof garage. James kept me apprized of progress with lots of photos and was there each day. Wow-have I been blown away w/ not only the amazing communication and care that Doni Calvert has provided since his initial call into me and then less than 45 days later my entire roof had been repaired and replaced in a TIMELY MANNER, but most importantly...with quality workmanship to support the quality product chosen.....which i can tell will last forever! Steve came to our house to check out the roof and advised us to look into an insurance claim...which we didnâ t think would be covered, but we put in a claim and he met with our adjuster during the inspection. Turns out the roof was severely damaged by a storm and we did get insurance to help cover the costs. Steve took care of every detail during the insurance claim and repair process understanding we are very busy so he made it as easy as possible to navigate. I highly recommend this company because of Steve. The quality of work is great and they even took special care to make sure no nails or debris were left in yard that could have potentially caused harm to our dogs. Very considerate, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. Check them out if you need work done! I saw a review from someone who was angry because the company â came onto their propertyâ when they observed the damaged roof. In my mind this is the sign of a hard working outfit that wants to get jobs done for home owners who may feel they canâ t afgord or donâ t have time to deal with. Itâ s not a bad thing, you can just say â no thank youâ and move on...blasting a company on social media for asking for business is a little ridiculous. Donâ t listen to that guy, give them a call if you are concerned about preserving one of the biggest investments of your life as a home owner. If Steve hadnâ t stopped by we likely would have waited until the roof began to leak and then had to pay everything out of pocket to get repairs done. This is what your insurance company is counting on.
