+ -1 moreNot only do they have the ability to add the self-closing mechanicals. They are familiar with the state and city laws so they can bring everything to code. We’ve been using them for about 3 years. They are very responsive. They do a good job. And they have competitive pricing.
Description of Work: They installed the self-closing mechanisms, self-closing latches on the gates, and window stops.

+ -1 moreExcellent service. We found them on Angie's List, called and their bid was competitive with others. The reason we chose them was the quality of service and the door closer itself. The Arcadia door closer won't be hurt if you push it closed, and you can prop it open with no problem if you need to (not recommended for safety, though). They installed exactly as promised, were very thorough about making sure we knew how to maintain it, and they have an excellent guarantee.
Description of Work: Added automatic door closer on Arcadia door, moved utility door latch above 54", added self-closing hinges to utility door.
