Description of Work: We have used Pied Piper to treat for bugs for the past two years. They come quarterly, and we have seen great results in both fewer insects and fewer scorpions in the house! We will continue to use them!

+ -1 moreVery well. I have never had to call them again to re-treat or to complain about a re-infestation. Their communications system is simple and efficient. They have been understanding when I have had to postpone an appointment. I have no reason to look for any other provider.
Description of Work: I've used this company for about 30 years. During that time, they have treated three homes I lived in, each 1500-2000 sf, and at my present home a one-acre lot as well, with inside and outside animals. They've treated for the usual Arizona household pests (crickets, earwigs, etc.), and once a houseful of ticks left to me by renters. They have advised me when they cannot eradicate certain pests completely (e.g. scorpions, mice from the present property) and how I can improve the situation.

They send you a postcard for when your next proposed visit will be. They are very easy to deal with. I have recommended them to people. I have used them for thirty years and have been completely satisfied.
Description of Work: They treat the inside of our 2000 square foot house. They also treat a studio shop building in the back. They also treat areas up close to our house that may have a problem, as well as the yard.

+ -1 morePied Piper is a family owned and operated pest control company that I have used for over 12 years. They have provided expert termite and pest control on two of our residences. After initial appointment, quarterly appointment cards are sent out with date and time of next visit. This is a very convenient reminder, because I would forget to call and schedule service...we seldom (if ever) see a bug! I have referred Pied Piper to all of my family and friends because they provide a great service and are reliable, courteous, honest, and friendly! Price is based on size of property.

Description of Work: WE HIRE THIS COMPANY ON AN AS-NEEDED BASIS TO CONTROL OUR INSECT POPULATION. I HAVE USED THEM TWICE OVER THE SUMMER TO RID OUR HOME OF SCORPIONS AND KILL THE RED ANTS IN THE BACK YARD.
