Description of Work: I had some very significant pet stains on off-white carpeting, mostly on a steep set of stairs. I was doubtful whether the stains would come out well enough to be able to save the carpet. I called Phoenix Carpet Cleaning and amazingly, they were able to come out that same day. They were right on time, very professional and did a great job - the carpet looks like new.

+ 0 moreThis is the third time we have used them, and we are still happy. They showed up on time and got to work right away. Our tile was pretty filthy, and it now looks nearly new (except some grout spots that probably need a ton of special treatment to clean). Same for the carpets- especially since our pets have a bad habit of vomiting all over the place. They treated all the areas, including a few tough ones. Not much else to say- fast, efficient, quality work, and they even moved any furniture that needed it since we were doing both the tile and the carpeting. I was especially impressed with how they handled the pet problems, and they added a special treatment to reduce the chance of further... accidents.
Description of Work: Cleaned all carpets throughout home. Treated and cleaned pet stain areas. Cleaned all tile floors.

+ -1 moreThe best cleaner we have ever had. The carpet was spotless when they were finished. They were very knowledgeable. We plan to use them for all future carpet cleaning. They gave us a free bottle of spot remover, with lifetime replacement. The spot remover is more effective than anything we have purchased in a store.
Description of Work: Cleaned 5 or 6 rooms plus stairs. Added Scotchgard.
