We live in an area of the East Valley with high scorpion activity, so regular maintenance is essential! We tried a few pest control companies, but #1 - didn't like having a different technician visit our home each time and #2 didn't feel we were getting very good results (i.e., still spotting live scorpions inside our home!). We were so happy to find Jared. He is very thorough in applying the product, and it has proved to be very successful. We have noticed a dramatic decline this scorpion season--we rarely see live bugs inside our home, which has greatly lowered my concern for my family's safety. Jared is extremely personable. I would trust him to spray inside my home even without my being there. He remembers my preferences (i.e., where to spray inside). He is almost always on-time (and will text if he's running behind). He respects our floors by wearing shoe covers--this is big deal since he is working inside our house AND outside in our yard. He is quick and efficient but still takes time to ask about bug activity and is proactive about trying something different if we voice any concerns.
