Patricia's House Cleaning Service

Patricia seemed very professional and made a point of letting me know that I should use her "employee" every two weeks and not cancel because it was their livelihood. I agreed and she sent a lady to clean my house. She did an ok job and tried real hard, but it was obvious she was not a professional and really didn't know what she was doing. It was like on-the-job training as I had to tell what to do. One day she was a no-show. I called Patricia and her daughter answered. I told her the problem, and she said she would find out and call me back. She called back shortly and informed me that the cleaning lady (Patricia's acquaintance) was on a family trip to Mexico. Basically, her attitude was "Too bad so sad - no cleaner for you - goodbye." I ended up hiring another cleaning service that did a much better job.

patricia and her family perform house cleaning services including patios - they are efficient, reliable, hones and responsible. i have continued to use since i moved from an apt to a house. i had them do the terminal clean of the apt and the property manager said Patrica et al left the apt cleaner than the service they usually used
