Description of Work: Services actually performed in 2011. Worked very closely with my home owners insurance after months of rain, wind, etc. damage done to roof. Finished the complete job before insurance company made final payment to me/them. Overson was the middle of 3 estimates, but went with them even though I didn't know if my insurance would pay at the time. Felt very comfortable with Overson and would recommend them.

As noted on the review we did no work for this homeowner; we did give a type written FREE estimate both timely and professionally, we even went in the attic to assess where the leak was coming from. We gave him three different options; (a) to replace his whole roof (b) To replace half his roof and (c) to replace the section of the roof above the leak. This roof was 20 years old and in our opinion needed to be replaced, not patched, we cannot warranty a roof patch on a roof that is near the end of its lifespan. In our opinion an “F” rating is unwarranted

Description of Work: Nothing......I called and spoke with the receptionist to request an estimate for a roof repair. I never received a follow up call.. I called again on 8/22/2014 to request the same. Overson was scheduled to arrive at the residence on 8/31/2014. They no showed and never called......

Is there a possibility that you may have us mixed up with a different roofing contractor? 8/31/14 is a Sunday, we do not schedule appointments on Sundays. We have no record of your name, address or phone number. When a customer calls in we enter all data into the computer which makes it easy to research data according to name, address, phone number etc. We regret that you believe that we made an appointment to give a free estimate and did not show or call. There is always the possibility of a mistake on our part and if that is the case we extend an apology and would be more then happy to schedule for a free estimate.

Description of Work: Estimate was one of three obtained, and pricing was very similar. Actual work began within a week of signing contract. Each estimator identified the same repairs and materials needed. Final tile roof looks very good and site was cleaned by the workers prior to leaving.

Description of Work: We had had heavy rains and I had two leaks in my 19 yr. old roof. I checked out companies on the Internet and called Overson. Someone came out to look at the leaks and give me a price. I went with them and they sent out a workman to fix it. He was punctual and I have had no further problems.

Description of Work: PROBLEM: during the tear-off of the old materials, somehow, the existing 10" tube-skylight (installed since 2008) was loosened and fell through the roof onto the floor of our bath2 room - pretty much destroying the fixture, as well as some damage to the ceiling. This was successfully replaced/repaired and returned to original condition, eventually. Otherwise, it appears, visually, that the roofing job and cleanup was VERY GOOD. |
