Repaired leak in tile roof. Showed digital photos of their findings, very thorough explanation of what was found and exactly how repairs would be made. We are very pleased with the work done and responsiveness to our questions. We would definitely use them again.

Our A/C unit needed replacing as well as relocation on the roof. This required some new foaming/sealing around the new unit and where the old one resided. The first roofing company, after agreeing to do the work (and who had just months before done our entire roof), declined the day we moved the A/C due to the job being too small. Other roofing companies gave a week or more before they'd even come and provide an estimate, this during monsoon season. There was a major roofing company already doing work on our street; officially the company wasn't interested in my little project (they wouldn't return calls) but the roofer himself offered to do it as a moonlighting job. Afterward the roof leaked during the first monsoon, and this roofer after agreeing to make good on his work, stopped returning my calls. Enter Brooks Bryce of Overson Roofing, who a) promptly came to our house b) fixed the poor work of the previous roofer by ID'ing where the leaking was happening around the A/C unit, patching/sealing, and c) was so extremely fair in his estimate that we overpaid. When/if we have our entire roof done again we'll give our business to Overson Roofing. Brooks was a pleasure to work with, and three months later no leaks.

It was a common experience and they did fine work. They were professional and it took them about a day to complete the work. Scheduling was easy and everything went according to plan.

It took about 4 to 5 days to complete the job. The owner, Mr. Overson, was great to do business with. There was a supervisor who monitored the work and was great to work with as well.

I do not remember having any issues. They called to let us know what was going to happen and everything turned out fine. There was a lot of noise and I had a 6 month baby, so I did have to leave. It took a couple of days and the roof turned out great.

I really like them and think they are a great company. They seem to know what they are doing. When they don't fix something right, they take responsibility and make sure it is done correctly. They are persistent and honest. I will definitely use them in the future.

I called a dozen roofers from the list and Overson was head and shoulders over the others. I am selling my home, needed a roof inspection and repairs quickly in response to home inspection report. I had only a few days to respond and needed an idea of my costs. The first difference was that a real person (Rashelle) answered the phone, listened to my requests, and scheduled the inspection for the next day. She provided her email address and asked for a copy of the inspection report, confirmed that she received it. She provided my first impression of them and she deserves a raise! With every other company I either had to leave a message or be referred to another person to schedule an appointment. None of the others were sensitive to my time constraints. The estimator took my inspection report and responded to problem areas in his estimate. They fit in my appointment despite having many others, and they emailed me their recommendations and estimate THE SAME DAY (despite the late hour) because they knew I was in a time crunch. They answered my questions about the estimate in early evening, past regular business hours. On top of this, their estimate was lower then one I received 3 years ago. They scheduled the work within my needed time frame, even moved me up when they had a cancellation. The work was great. Oh, and they called to make sure i was happy with the work before billing me. I can't say enough about the professionalism of this company.

Overton roofing was the most professional and well organized home vendor I have ever used in my 30 years of home ownership. The estimator arrived exactly at the appointed time, did a full roof inspection, took photographs of the damage, and supplied a detailed quote with photographs the next day. After the quote but before work began, I requested they paint the new trim piece to be installed with me supplying the paint and brush. They agreed and did not charge extra. The repair was performed on schedule, to a high standard, and the work area was left very clean and tidy. I am a stickler for good value, and Overton supplied that in spades. I would recommend them to anyone and will not use any other roofing company in greater Phoenix. A+ in my book.

They came out promptly, gave me a couple of estimates for different levels of addressing the problem and also pointed out some broken tiles on my main roof. When I was ready, they came back and did a great job of fixing the patio roof, flashing and main roof tiles for the price quoted and a 5 year guarantee. Would definitely use Overson again.

Several roof issues were identified by buyer's inspector when we were selling our home. Jan, estimator with Overson, came out promptly to inspect the roof and provide a written estimate. His repairs seemed reasonable and the cost was considerably lower than a competitor who was suggesting a complete roof repair. A few months after we sold the home, our old neighborhood experienced a micro-burst with winds estimated above 80 miles per hour. Many of the homes on our old street, had visible roof damage including damages and broken roof tiles. Fortunately, for the family who purchased our home, there appeared no roof damage at all. I was very impressed by Jan and the roofers who made the repairs. Our new home appears to have some minor roof issues and based on my positive experience, Overson was the first company that I called. We were fortunate enough to have Jan inspect our new home and again provide an estimate that seemed both thorough and reasonable. I would highly recommend Overson for roof inspection and repairs.

They did an excellent job. They were very prompt and professional.

This is the second time I have used them. The first guy who was supposed to remove the roof didn't do it all. The guys who were to put the foam on the roof the next day couldn't start since part of the roof was still there. The next morning the roof was removed and the roof was repaired. But it still only took 2 days to complete the job. There was a slight problem with the color of the roof, they came back and repainted it.

First off I'm a bit of Do It Yourself'er but I don't have time to do the work myself, but I'm well versed in the engineering, building, and manufacturing products. I wanted to find someone that I could trust and that I thought was giving me a good deal, especially in this economy and market. I really like professionalism of the owner. After having some issues with an estimator, the owner made it a point to not only contact me but to come out and clarify the issue. I decided to do the work myself but would have gladly given the work to this company. Now I've got people in my neighborhood wanting to do the same thing, and I'm sure we'll find Overson some work here in this community. Moral of this story is that the estimators are not necessarily a voice of the company, and I'd gladly refer and use them in the future. Thanks again Overson for your support.

This company can be relied upon to give excellent work and dependable service. We have a complicated roof: odd angles, part shingle, part foam. They were able to fix previous problems areas that had "pooling". They returned to check their work and re-did some small areas of concern. They worked until we were completely satisfied with the results.
