Great service, great price, excellent workmanship.

We have been pleased with them and have used them twice at a rental house. Both of those seem to be fixed and they are very professional; we like them. We would use them again. We were good with the price, service and payment policy. They don't take charge cards. That is something other people might want to know. The main thing is the roof is not leaking after they did their work and that's the case so that is what we wanted. And, it did not break the bank, necessarily. I don't remember them not showing up. They were punctual, compared to others. They gave us a window for the estimate, but for the workers there was actually an exact time so that was good.

They had to go get more cement and return back a little over an hour later. All in all, I got the maintenance on my roof completed. While I did score this company a C on responsiveness and punctuality... other companies failed. I don't think there is a single company in the roofing industry able to score an A or B in these two categories.

Terrible. I contacted Overson through their Website and got a call from Sherri and set up an appointment for the inspection on February 19th. That evening I got an email from Lincoln at Overson that said: Feb 19: Hi Steve, I went out to your home today and checked out the roof. I wanted to ask you a question before I put together a bid. Were you wanting us to replace missing tiles only or were you wanting us to replace the underlayment that's been exposed as well? The only notes that I had were that you had the missing tiles so I'm assuming you just want the tiles replaced. Let me know, thanks! Lincoln Blanchard I wrote back to him that same evening with: Feb 19: Hi, I think we just want tiles but I should ask. Does the underlayment need to be replaced? I want our roof in great condition when done. Can you bid with and without and give me your recommendation?Thank you, Steve Since they are the roofing experts I wanted to know if te underlayment even needed replacement. He should have been in a position to know. I guess that was too much for Lincoln cause he didn't write back. On the 23rd I wrote: Feb 23: Hello Lincoln, Were you going to get that estimate to me? Thanks, Steve Nothing back....Finally on the 26th he wrote: Feb 26 Hi Steve, I apologize for the delay in getting this to you, I've been out of town all week. I have completed the bid and attached it to the email. I wrote it up for a cosmetic tile tune-up, replacing the missing tiles as well as the other broken and cracked tiles that you have throughout your roof. It also includes replacing your cracked and broken mortar packs. I wrote up an option to replace the underlayment where the tiles were missing. Check the box yes or no and sign next to your choice. I won't need any money down, just a signature and date in the two parts of the form, then send it right back to me and we can get you on the schedule. Let me know if you have any more questions. Have a good one! Lincoln Blanchard Then a little later: Feb 26: Hi,I think we just want tiles but I should ask. Does the underlayment need to be replaced? What is our time frame for repair if we go with this proposal? Thanks, Steve And I have yet to hear back from Lincoln. Almost two weeks later and Lincoln can't tell me a time frame for repair. The bid itself was quite ridiculous as well. Since I didn't need any underlayment and chose the "don't replace" option, the bid to put 3 tile back on my roof was $1270 which comes to $423 per tile. This company seems very unprofessional and I would not do business with them again, even if they did reply to their email and I could set up an appointment.

They were on time, polite and efficient. I do not remember what date I had them, or what the price was. I would use this provider again in the future.

I can only assume that the job went well by looking at the repairs and replaced tiles as I have not spoken to anyone since before the work was done. First off, the person who came out to give me an estimate was very short when I asked questions. Second, there needs to be more than one person in the office that is aware of scheduling in my opinion. It took a few days of phone tag and finally a left message to confirm that work was to be done. Then, on the day that it was scheduled (12/16/2014) it rained. The office did call the day before and let me know that if it rained the next day that they would not be out to do the work and it would be rescheduled, but not another call or message after that. It's not until I noticed that my front tiles had been replaced that I knew someone had been there. I had called the office a few days before that asking when someone would be out and have not heard from anyone since. I would not use nor recommend Overson Roofing in the future. I did speak with Overson Restoration about work to be done on the inside and that office was very prompt in calling me back and answering any questions I had. I will deal with this part of the company but definitely not the roofing part.

Roofers were on time, kept their work area very neat and did a great job.

Scott came out as scheduled to do estimate. Someone called and set appt. for earlier than I need to get up, but the roof needed fixing. They were a no show. I called, the guy apologized and said that there had been an oversight and we reset appt. The repairman was punctual and I hope did a good job. He was here for 3.5 hrs. When I went to pay the bill I was informed there was a 3% charge for using a credit card. I was flabbergasted! I've heard of giving a discount for paying in cash, but a $45 fee on top of a $1500 bill! The billing person Jenny was kind enough to wave the fee since I was unaware of it. This does not change the fact that I will never do business with this company again. What a poor business practice. I've never heard of such nonsense and will not do business with any company who practices such blatant disregard for my hard earned money.

A crew of about 4 came out and completed the job in about 3 days. I really liked that after they completed the job one of technicians came out to inspect the work done. He went through with me and discussed some things on the roof that needed some adjusting. A few days later some guys came out to make sure the roof was repaired just right. They lifted all of the tiles and replaced broken ones. We have had zero leakage on the roof since the service. They were great with the cleanup afterwards and you could not even tell they were there.

This company did put a new roof on my rental property. That house has a flat roof and so far all is well. But, on my house things just went from bad to worse. They patched a small roof area in the back of the house. But, since we have had rain here this area continues to leak into my breakfast room. Called and made appointments but no one even bothered to show. Called again with no return calls. UPDATE---This company did come back out and put tarp on the roof. This did stop any rain from entering my home. But, I asked for an estimate for a new roof--still waiting. Called today and was emailed an estimate.

We had an estimator come out to our house, Jan, who showed up as scheduled for the inspection. He was not very personable, and I did not get a chance to speak with him before he got up on our roof. I wanted to point out some additional work that I wanted included in the proposal, but I didn't get to tell him about that until he had already written up an estimate. When he arrived, I went out to greet him. He didn't say a word to me - just threw up the ladder and got on the roof. When I saw him coming back down, I again went out to speak with him - but he went straight back to his car and sat in there for about 15 minutes. It turned out he was writing up the estimate in the car, but I had no idea what was going on since he still hadn't spoken to me. It was very strange. I didn't know if he was going to leave or come back and discuss the roof with me. Finally he came back and reviewed the estimate with me. At that point, I finally got to point out the additional work on our patio that I wanted to ask about. He looked at the patio through our window and decided it would be an additional $1,000. I'm not sure how he came up with that number without measuring anything or taking a closer look, but that was fine. Overall, the price for the entire project (roof and patio) was the lowest out of 4 estimates that we received, while still including almost everything that we were looking for. I liked the price and the proposal, but was not impressed with the lack of professionalism and customer services from this particular employee. After receiving 4 estimates and comparing, I had some additional questions about the proposal that was provided, so I called Overson to ask. They said I would have to speak with Jan, and that they would pass the questions on and he would call me back. After 30 hours, he finally returned my call. He seemed annoyed with my questions and stated that the answer to one of my questions was on the proposal (it was not). The question had to do with the type of shingles that were being used. Some companies had 3-tab shingles in their quotes, others had dimensional shingles. The quote from Overson simply said "30 year shingles" were being used. Apparently I was supposed to know that there is no such thing as "30 year 3-tab shingles" (they apparently only go up to 25 years). He also pointed out that I should have known the answer to this based on the shingle brands that were listed on the estimate. I'm not sure why I would be expected to know that... I also discussed some of the things that were being included the other proposal that I was considering, and he referred to that proposal as "idiotic". I don't consider that proposal "idiotic" if it works in my favor... He was less annoyed by the rest of my questions, but still was unusually rude for a company that is supposed to be competing for my business. I don't think my questions were unreasonable, but even if they were, a company with good customer service would be happy to answer them. In the end, I was still tempted to go with this company since their price was lower than the other estimate we received by about $800 (and they have many good reviews on this site). However, the other company was willing to work with me on the price, they were more responsive to my questions and more than happy to help - clearly they had much better customer service. They were also very highly rated on Angie's List. After the other company decided to beat Overson's price, the decision was simple to go with them instead. I wonder if my experience with Overson might have been better if I had worked with a different employee. I was surprised at this after seeing so many positive reviews on this site, but my experience was unfortunately much different that others have had.

Overson Roofing arrived on time and completed the roof repair promptly. They did a great job and cleaned up the debris when complete. Thank you!

I called them late on a Tuesday and explained the problem. One of the Oversons arrived midday Thursday for the inspection. Prompt! It took him about 15mins. to figure out the problems. That was a surprise! I've had two other "Expert Roofers" out to fix this problem, no help! I'm 70+ with a bad knee but I had to go up there to see what this fellow could see so quickly. The other "roofers" took a lot more time (and money) to do the job wrong and not stop the leak! He explained the fixes needed and took the time to make it clear to me what was causing the leak in the first place. Mostly that the work wasn't done properly on the build and the poor workmanship was falling apart! Unlike the others, there was no doubt in my mind that this fellow knew his business. He wasn't afraid to fully answer all of my questions either. So we agreed on the price and made a appointment for Tuesday. The repairman was prompt, friendly and knew what he was doing too. I am writing this in the patio in a rain storm, BONE DRY! I'll be having them put the new roof on when it needs it. My take on the whole experience, it's getting harder and harder to find people who are willing to give "a days work for a days pay" and who know their job. It was a pleasure to find them. The price can be beat but you get what you pay for. I did twice and paid half again as much for two failures! Thanks again Oversons, from a satisfied customer.

I contacted Overson last year for a roof leak. The owner came out with-in two days of my contact to give an estimate. He spoke to me about what he intended to do in detail and gave me a quote. The leak was repaired with-in a couple days. I was so impressed with their punctuality, professionalism, and the friendliness of the office staff that I used them again last month when my patio roof came off during high winds. Again, the owner came out quickly for a quote and explained the process.. the workers were out with-in a day. I will use them again when I need to replace my roof in the future.

Painter suggested we have our roof checked because of paint bubbling on side of house. Called Overson and they were prompt with estimate and service. Even came back out when I had a question about repairs.

Our old roof was horrible and our dining room ceiling was ruined twice since we bought our house in October. Brett came over to provide an estimate and explained different options. When we scheduled work to begin the weather report was clear, but when work began it started to get very windy. The workers started early in the morning to beat the wind and had to leave when it got to be too much. One day, out of nowhere, it started raining very hard after the crew had already left for the day. They came back with tarps and assembled them while it continued to rain. It was very difficult for them and it ended up taking all week. But they did a great job and left no messes!

They came out on time and replaced our roof in a timely manner and cleaned up after the job was done. We would recommend Overson's Roofing to all our friends:)

Workers arrived when they said they would. They reviewed what was going to be done and asked if we had questions. They worked fast and were finished within a couple of hours. They took all their trash and left everything very clean. They were friendly too.

I have utilized the services and products offered by Overson Roofing, LLC, on two separate occasions. The first job was to perform a complete re-roof on a flat roof garage and back patio utilizing their foam application. They were responsive to my request, dependable, punctual, professional, competent and personable. At the conclusion of the job, which was completed on time, I was 100% satisfied with all aspects of their service and workmanship! The second request for service was due to a leak that was recently discovered on the tile roof. Given the positive outcome with the previous job, I did not hesitate to call Overson Roofing again, to have them provide an evaluation and quote. Brooks came out as scheduled and provided a thorough evaluation of the tile roof. He was extremely personable, competent and informative. We scheduled the job and, as expected, they showed up as scheduled and completed an extensive job of repairing two leaks. They worked late into the day and finished that same day! Again, the crew was dependable, punctual, professional, competent and personable. They did FANTASTIC work on both jobs and I would definitely recommend Overson Roofing without hesitation. I wanted a "home town, family owned" contractor with high recommendations. Overson fit the bill and provided timely, courteous service and a good product. They were just slightly the lowest bidder. Definitely recommended.

Their clean up and the time it took was great. They were also very prompt, and the quote was very accurate. That is important for people on a budget. I will and have highly recommended them.

The experience was great. They were on time, very polite, and professional. The work was done well and completely. The techs showed us what they repaired and how the repair was done. The cost was in line with the scope of work. I would not hesitate to use them again or to refer them to people I know.

He fixed it at no charge and told me this should resolve the issue. This saved me anywhere from $500-700, based on other quotes I received. I will definitely use them in the future if I need their help.

Noticed a broken ridge tile while walking the dog. After researching this and other sites, contacted 'Overson', which came highly recommended. Talked to 'Felicia' who was very nice and professional and scheduled an estimate for the next day. The estimator, 'Brooks', also very cordial, arrived on time (actually a couple minutes early) and examined the damage. He found two broken ridge tiles, showed me pictures of the damage and explained there was no imminent danger of leaking due to the tile type and underlayment condition. It turns out he was able to repair the tiles immediately and charged me nothing for the repair. I have a home warranty and in the past I've had to pay service proivders $50+ to perform no work, so this was a welcome change. Will definitely contact Overson the next time I have a roofing issue and will recommend to friends and family. If only they did flooring, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and painting too!
