Noah’s Carpet & Tile Cleaning

Work was correctly done in a timely manner and all our questions were answered. This is the second time we have used Noah's Restoration.

They arrived on time. Explained that the paint overspray closest to the baseboards could not be removed (due to the size of the equipment). Other than that, the cleaning looked great! I think they did a great job and would definitely have them back again!

The service tech. (whom I thought was named Noah) was punctual. I felt comfortable with him in my home. He worked his tools with the right force & finesse to give my carpets a deep clean. I would recommend Noah's Carpet & Tile Cleaning. On the other hand, The receptionist was slightly sharp & cold. Maybe agitated would best describe her attitude. I unfortunately had to cancel my 1st appt. due to it POURING down RAINING (note: There was a storm expected to come. However, it never came) Plus, I'm under the weather (which of course my cold isn't their fault). Dispatch said "she'd do it this time & its only bc your a 1st time user". She scheduled me another appt by calling off dates. I kind of felt forced & I picked one.

They did a great job cleaning the carpets, got out the majority of all the stains that other companies left behind. Great Job and I'll be using your services again.

Good, was running late from work so had to re-schedule once. They made them self available early the next day. They also cleaned the entire house for the price of 3 rooms!

He was very informative. Answered my questions. Could be more careful with the hose on the wall corners. Had to do some touch up painting from the carpet hose rubbing the paint off the corner of the walls.

Service was performed as expected and was quick.

He was very professional and punctual and gave me great advice for future care

We have used them 3 times now and are always satisfied. They are great with communication and very good with their work. The office people are nice and so are all of theoir workers. We will continue to use them.

The service was really bad. He came and cleaned the carpet. There were a few stains on the carpet and every time I showed him the stains and his attitude was that won't come off, there's nothing I can do about that. He cleaned the carpet in the living room and three bedrooms. When he left it was okay but it was still wet. After it dried I noticed the three bedrooms were okay but in the living room the carpet had a big vertical line in the middle of the carpet. Three quarters of the room looked like the carpet was clean and another quarter of the carpet still looked dirty. It almost looked like he had taken his equipment and gone vertically doing the lines across the carpet and he had stopped there and did not do the rest of it. He left his paper work with me that said guaranteed and they'll come out the next day if there was a problem. I called them the next day and explained the problem and asked them to come look at it. He said he couldn't come that day and couldn't come for like three days or four days. I was disgusted at that point and called somebody else to come in and fix that problem. I would never use that guy again. He was absolutely terrible, his attitude was terrible. I wasn't happy with them.

They recommended someone who can do the stretching of the carpet for me. It was very good. They were on time. They were friendly and professional and did a fine job.

I didn't use them because their price seemed high but they also had higher level of cleaning products service than what I was needing at the time. If I needed premium tile cleaning. And sealing I would call them.

explained everything great. very fast. almost too fast.??? really noticed the clean after he was done. good personality. However we noticed after he was pulling out that he missed the landing on top of the stairs.

The service worker arrived in a timely manner and explained what he would do. He answered all my questions. I learned quite a lot about what I should be doing to maintain the granite. I had to leave for work and he completed the job and locked up in my absence. I was completely satisfied with the job he did.

Bryan arrived on time and provided the service as requested and contracted for. He was extremely efficient and the carpets retained a minimal amount of water and dried for the most part in 8 hours. I would used Noah's again if they are willing to service my area as we are located a good distance from where their business is located in Gold Canyon.

Beautifully done! Very efficient and timely. They were able to fit me in today after an innitial call yesterday.

I was so pleasantly surprised with this entire experience. The scheduling was done on-line and was seamless. The tech showed up right on-time, did not charge extra for a couple of stains, he got right to work and was finished in an hour. The quality of the cleaning far surpassed previous companies who charged a lot more. I will recommend Noah's to everyone I know!

Went great, got all the stains out!!

The services was really easy to work with and very punctual. The only negative is that they don't do weekends, so I had to work from home that day. They did the service for less than estimated and were really quick. We have a house that is about 3000 sq ft and 2000 sq ft of it is carpet. We had bought a deal from Angie's list and paid a little extra for more sq. ft. We were really pleased and will use them again.

Excellent service experience. From reading the reviews and comment sof previous satisfied customers I was fully aware of what to expect (since carpets had not been cleaned commercially on regular basis - the comparison of "carpet fibers are similar to your clothing fibers; untreated dirt/stains damage just like your clothes would" was very helpful). Joann also explained the water extraction details to me prior to arrival. This was helpful because we needed to work around some humidity issues with other work that was going on in the house at the same time. The day of the cleaning, he arrived slightly early (very good!) and worked methodically in an expediently. As mentioned earlier, we had other work being done and he was very accommodating to work around our cable tv installer. Overall: very happy! The carpets looked much cleaner and brighter after the work. We will definitely consider contacting Noah's again when the time comes.
