They stunk, it was more of a drive by than a carpet cleaning. I have it redone very shortly after. they came in the guy had absolutely no personality storm through the house not taking his shoes off never even offered he was very cut and dry I was trying to show him what needed to be done and he was just fine okay whatever and I said are you going to vacuum the carpet he said no and I said okay are you going to rake the carpet after he said no, he said I am gong to clean the carpet and he proceeded he left the carpet wet it took three days to get my carpet dry and I had made recommendations to angieslist and this is the second time it had happen I wont be using angielist again it's a good lesson for me.

We were not really happy with them. The individual who came out to actually do the work was the problem. He was rude and unprofessional. His customer service skills were very poor. For instance when he came in, I explained to him that there were a few areas where our pet had soiled the carpet and asked that he give special attention to those areas and we talked about some possibilities to freshen those areas. We decided on the appropriate option that we would take. He went about his business and did the work. At the end, he came in and said that he was done. He told me how much it was. I said that I wanted to do a walk-through and make sure that the quality of the work was acceptable which he should have recommended anyway. I did a walk-through and the areas that were of most importance to me were those heavily soiled areas that were very noticeable. He said oh and I told him that those were the areas that I talked to him about. He acted like we have not talked about them. It was like he was hearing it for the first time. I asked him if he did not remember our in-depth conversation and that he presented some options to me, talking about those options, and us determining which option was best. It was weird. It was like he had a stroke or something in between the time he got here. It was really bizarre. He actually had some sort of physical handicap. He was limping and was very out of breath. It was very apparent that he was having a very difficult time. So, I kind of felt sorry for him because it was quite apparent that he was having a real hard time doing his job. I tried to cut him some slack and not be too hard for him, but it was also clear that he had not done his job properly. Anyway, I told him that he had to go over those areas again because it was unacceptable and he got really upset. He really got hefty. He said that he had another job to get to and I said that it was not my fault and my concern. I told him that I needed it to be done at a certain level of quality. I said that it was completely not acceptable and that the reason we had him come out was to address the spots and like what I talked to him when he got here. He huffed out and asked seriously and he was muttering under his breath. I cannot believe that he treated me like that. I was extremely offended.

Was on time and cleaned the rooms that were requested. Was polite and accomendating when I asked if he could also clean area rug, which he did for an extra $15 cash. I would have appreciated a little more effort on some of the spots that needed more attention. From what I witnessed, he cleaned quickly, not concerned with the results, rather just a quick once over.

We highly recommend Noah's Restoration Services if you're in the market for floor tile grout cleaning and color sealing. We used one of their coupons, which made the final cost very reasonable. The deal included steam cleaning all the tiled floors and painting on a colored sealant. The process totally transforms the floor and makes it look so clean and new! The gal who schedules and the guy who did the job are nice, professional and efficient. I don't think you will be disappointed if you hire Noah's to clean your tile floors.

The service provider was unprofessional, downright surly. Complaining that I didn't have the floors cleared, which I didn't know I was supposed to do before hand. I quickly got them cleared, but he went on and on about it. His attitude was so negative, I almost asked him to leave. If I didn't really need the job done right away I would have. The carpet is probably as clean as it can get. The tile grout still has some dirty spots and there are some places on the tile that he left some of the cleaner on.

That turned out fine. They could have worked harder on some of the spots. They took their time and did the job. Quality of work was good.

Called and said they could come earlier than scheduled and met me at the house. Pointed out some worn spots before starting, but after the cleaning, you could hardly see them. This is the second time I've used Noah's and the job has been fantastic both times. I highly recommend him.

They were amazing and super personable. They recognized that I had put myself in a pinch with time prior to having a house full of guests for our daughter's wedding. They made accommodations and fit us in during a super busy time. I was impressed with their courtesy and their business ethics. The gentleman who came was knowledgeable and efficient. I appreciated his recommendation on a better vacuum cleaner and how to find it at a reasonable price. Will DEFINITELY be referring them and using them again.
