Description of Work: Noah came out and gave his honest opinion about our travertine tiles and not being able to provide a service he thought we would be happy with since we have large grout between the travertine. He gave us the option for him not to do it and just get a refund since he said he would be we would not happy... he gave it a 90% chance he would not be able to lighten the grout which is what we hoped he would be able to do by cleaning it. We parted ways feeling like he was honest.

Yes when you had called you had said it was a ceramic tiled floor. With Ceramic your options for cleaning and sealing are much greater. However with the Travertine which you really have the grout cleaning is limited. You have to be careful with certain cleansers as they will etch the travertine. Also with color sealing which will make ceramic tile and grout look new you can picture frame the travertine. So we always keep our customers interest above ours so that is why we always consult before just doing work.

Yes, there are so many carpet cleaners that try to upsell when they arrive or have hidden costs that they spring on clients after they've started cleaning, that we try to be as upfront as possible since many homeowners have had a bad experience with other carpet cleaners. We also put everything in writing so that way there can't be any hidden costs in any way.

Not every company offers everything. I truly hope you found someone who does this type repair work for you. We are strictly a cleaning and sealing company. I am quite confident if we had cleaned and sealed your travertine you would have been happy.

Looking at the address of the home, it doesn't appear this is one of our clients as we do not service your state. Also, we are characterized by almost all A Reports from homeowners in Arizona and one of the things clients mention is how much care and concern we put into our relationships with our clients, and take the time to explain our services, what we work we'll be performing and also the expected results. This report said the technician was rude and seemed put out by the job, and that is not how we act any at any clients home. Even if a client were to be rude or abrasive with us, they would never, ever get that treatment in return. We are known for being caring, super professional and producing high quality workmanship.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets, but said that vacuuming was not included. I had asked about adding rooms and wondered if I needed to pay before hand. They said it would be fine to pay then. I said I would need a few more rooms added. The cleaner complained at the amt. to be cleaned and did a rushed job because of it. Unfortunately, I can't remember what I paid and am not where I can contact my paperwork.

Description of Work: I was moving out of a rental and had not been informed until the day before my final walkthrough that we had to have the carpet professionally cleaned. Noah's was able to fit me in to their schedule the same day and arrived at the time promised. The gentleman was very friendly and professional and left the carpets looking great.
