Description of Work: He cleaned the carpet in three rooms. He pounded on my door saying that he guessed he wouldn't be able to clean my house. He came a long way and someone would have to pay for his time. A few days before his appointment an underground transformer had exploded in my complex, and the work crew had just arrived to cut into the concrete and do some repairs. He parked very close to the curb and would not move his vehicle. The crew wanted him to move maybe 7 feet away but he refused, and a huge argument broke out at my back door. The crew called the manager of the homeowners association, who promised to watch his car while he cleaned my carpet. At one point he threw his equipment on the ground in anger. He was so combative and contrary that I would not want him back in my home. It doesn't matter how well he cleans my carpet.

Description of Work: they cleaned a ridiculously dirty beige area rug (with 7 years of abuse) at my son's house. the results were rather amazing. Not perfect, but perfection was not even close to being expected. Also cleaned the stairway and two other rooms. These are carpets that had not been cleaned in 7 years, and probably not vacuumed all that often, so it was a real challenge for them.

We are thrilled we were able to get those carpets cleaned for your son. Most people get carpets cleaned once a year (manufacturers warranties now require instead of "suggest" like they used to, carpets cleaned once a year to maintain the warranty. So, for the carpets to have gone 7 years without a cleaning and irregular vacuuming but we still got them so clean to warrant an A Review, speaks volumes about our workmanship and how hard we try at each client house we go into. We try to give each Member our all. Thank you again for noticing and letting other homeowners know what can be accomplished when you hire the right company!

Thank you for the A's on Price, Responsiveness, Punctuality and Professionalism! You said we were Average (so not below average or bad in any way) on Quality. That was just as we explained to you before we started the cleaning, to which you agreed wholeheartedly with us and authorized us to continue. Your carpet was very old, and had not been taken care of by yearly professional cleaning, or even regular vacuuming by the household. Carpet can take a beating to a certain point, but carpet fibers wear down over time and grease by your patio being tracked in along with not taking care of the carpet brought it to a point that any carpet cleaner can just do our very best to clean but as we mentioned, it was so worn that it needed to be replaced. You said this was your last ditch attempt to try to get a little more life out of it before replacing the carpet and authorized us to clean even though you said you knew little could be done with it. Thanks also for checking the box saying you'd hire us again. We appreciate that! Once you replace the carpet, you'll notice that all carpet manufacturers across the US now REQUIRE in their warranties that professional carpet cleaning be done once a year to maintain warranties. Once you get on a schedule with us to do that, you'll notice the quality of your new carpet will stay nice for years to come.
