Noah’s Carpet & Tile Cleaning

Noah arrived on time and was an independent contractor (owner/operator); He was courteous and worked quickly, but efficiently. The carpets looked great, we were very satisfied with the service!

They did a great job and they had a good price. I would recommend them.

My sectional couch is located on hardwood flooring. The last time it was cleaned I had to take it apart and move it to a tiled portion of my home for cleaning. Bryan, Noah's Carpet and Tile cleaning, had newer cleaning tools and I didn't have to take my sectional apart or move it from my wood floors. He cleaned the couch and did not make a mess like my previous couch cleaner. Also the vomit was so severe that after the initial cleaning a spot still smelled. I contacted Bryan and he came out the next day to clean the spot again for free. My couch smells great, it looks really clean, and Noah's Carpet and tile cleaning responded quickly to my service request. Great service and great price!!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They came within a week after I purchased it. It was fair and okay for a rental house. I wouldn't use them at my main residence. He did a quick vacuum and didn't brush the carpet when he was done or anything. I've had other providers that I thought did more for the money. The price was good. He was on time. I probably wouldn't use them again.

He was punctual, in fact a few minutes early. He first explained his equipment, the fact that my front door would be open for the hoses. He expressed concern for my cat (I told him not to worry. As nervous as my cat is around strangers, the last place he would go would be outside). He pretreated my carpets, then cleaned them, explaining what he was doing and why. He then carefully brushed my sectional with an upholstery brush, before pretreating and using a wonderful lemon scent. He then cleaned my sectional and propped the cushions for optimal drying. When finished, he took his equipment outside. This was a positive experience and I will use him again and again.

Owner (Bryan) is courteous and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, his follow through is not commensurate and his office team member is rude and unprofessional. Moreover, they do not pick up their business line and/or return messages in a timely fashion making it challenging to schedule or discuss the job. This is a company that is certainly ?ma & pop? and clearly not systematized. I would recommend finding another service provider.

This was done 18 months ago so I do not recall all the details but it took a couple of hours. The job was well done and has held up well.

Bryan from Noah's restoration just cleaned my carpets, wow what a difference! It's easy to see how they gained their Angie's List 2011 Service Award. I called after hours Thursday night and Friday they called and scheduled me for Monday. With the holidays coming, I thought there would be a longer wait. Bryan explained the process and got right to work. On schedule as planned. Joann from the office even called to confirm with me, to let me know how the daily schedule was running. If they offered an annual service contract, I would do that. Instead they will call me in 12 months to schedule my next cleaning. I am one happy customer, I highly recommend this provider. Will use again.

They use clean water, clean my windows, and their price is good. I have used them several times.

From first contact to the end everything was great. I have animals and our cleaner even made sure he shut the door whenever he went in and out. That doesn't always happen-I have escape artists for animals.

Brian arrived and assessed the areas to be cleaned. He explained each step of the process as he went along performing the services. He referenced websites for additional information that I may want to look at for future to maintain the tiles going forward. He was thorough and suggested that I may want to consider grout cleaning, coloring and sealing in the future.

I purchased the Big Deal for Noah's Restoration Service - $200 prepaid for up to 300 square feet of stone cleaning and sealing. That works out to $0.67 per square foot. The service man Bryan was on time, professional, and did a good job. As he was preparing to leave, he stated he was on his way to his next job. There he would perform the same type of work; he had quoted the customer $400 for 1000 square feet. That works out to $0.40 per square foot - so the Big Deal was not such a great deal.

The job was done perfectly. Brian gave lots of information on the cleaning process and gave a good indication on what to expect on the cleaning carpets which are so light in color. He was spot on and carpets actually came out a little better than expected. Thanks Brian!

Arrived on time. Took a quick tour of the house and explained what his service included. He was very cordial while he worked away efficiently. The carpets turned out nice and clean & the stains are gone. The technician made sure all floor areas were covered completely with the cleaning solution. I especially liked the deoderizing aspect of the service as we have 2 dogs. I definitely would recommend Noah's Restoration Services again.

It was a great experience overall. Bryan was punctual, professional and very informative. He explained and showed me each step of the process as he went along. He did a great job not only in cleaning and sealing my floor but also in giving me excellent floor care advice.

They responded quickly to my initial request and scheduled my appt for the next Friday. I took the morning off of work to meet them at my home. A couple hours beforehand they called that the truck was broken down and they rescheduled for the next week. I took another morning off to meet them. When the tech arrived, I was told he could not clean the grease marks from the granite by the cooktop and I would need to do that myself before he could do his cleaning and sealing. He did not know where in my area to buy the specific cleaner required and he did not have any. I had to stop several places to find a clay that you spread on the granite so that it absorbs the grease. My next appt could not take place for nearly two weeks. I took yet another morning off and this time he steam cleaned and sealed the countertops and island. Yesterday, my husband set a spoon that had butter residue on it by the stove...it absorbed the grease right into the granite again. I had thought that sealing was going to prevent this, so that was disappointing. Maybe i am misinformed and sealing does not prevent absorbtion? While the price of $199 was a fair price, that fact that I lost 3 half days from work added significantly to this cost and it took nearly 3 weeks from first visit to the last visit. The tech was professional and apologetic and i really do understand that trucks break down. I did feel, however, that since I bought a "cleaning" it should have included removing grease stains, or at least the tech could have provided the clay material, even at extra cost, so that I would not need to run around looking for it. I am a contstant cook, but a good housekeeper, and I have to believe that other cooks get grease spatters near a cooktop, so it didn't seem that my issue could have been really that unusual.

As above - we were pleased with all aspects of this service.

Only cleaned open area and did not attempt to move anything. There were a few spots in the carpet but he did not make any attempt at gettng them out nor did he suggest getting them out--he went right over them. He did pay any attention to any detail. We got what we paid for.

Very Polite. Right to work with no delay. Stayed the full time until complete. What a beautiful change the cleaning and sealing had made. Someone had used vinegar/water to clean the floor and it etched the stone all over the place.

We bought the Big Deal for natural stone cleaning and sealing from Angie's List. I called to make the appointment and got on the books just a week later. The lady on the phone was very friendly. Brian called and let me know he'd be here in about 30 minutes, right on time for the arrival window of 9 to 10 a.m. He cleaned the tile with a big machine and then sealed it with the a professional sealer. It looks great, but I wish I'd done this a long time ago. The best part of this appointment was all the education he gave me on travertine tile. Honestly, I don't know why anyone buys travertine, it's such a pain and you can't use any chemicals or acidic substances on it. I was doing everything wrong in trying to clean it and take care of it. I didn't have the extra money to clean and seal the shower and tub yet, which is also in travertine, yuck. But I'm going to make an appointment when I can. I also got an estimate to do my other bathroom which is also in travertine. If I had the money, I'd replace it all with ceramic or porcelain tile. Travertine is horrible. Beautiful but horrible to care for. Too bad it was already here when we moved in. All in all, a great experience and a good price, especially with the deal on Angie's List. Tile looks great and now I know what to do and not to do to care for it. Now I need to find someone to repair the grout and fix one of the tiles.
