Bryan came when scheduled and performed the work at the price quoted. He uses professional equipment and hot-water extraction method of cleaning. He presprayed all the carpet with detergent before extracting, which many carpet cleaners charge extra for. He did a thorough cleaning and price was reasonable for the work done. Very pleased. Will use him again.

Bryan arrived as scheduled. Explained what he would do. He also explained the cleaning processes he uses. He was knowledgable and pleasant to deal with. My wife and I had to leave to run some errands. We returned home after 3 hrs or so and he was done. Job looked great. He locked the house when he left.

When the day finally came for the carpet cleaning to be done Bryan arrived spot on time. He looked over the areas and got started immediately. Since the house was empty there wasn't really anything for him to work around and the job went quickly. He was professional and thorough. He answered a few questions that I had, finished the job and left me with a good feeling that the work had been done right. Thank you JoAnn & Bryan. Your help and patience through a stressful situation made the detailed things go much smoother!
Description of Work: Noah's cleaned the carpets through a 2 bedroom house to include laundry room area and an Arizona room. While the carpet cleaning itself was completed in a timely & well done manner it is the kindness and professionalism of this company and JoAnn & Bryan in particular that I want to praise. When my mom passed away it really threw me for a loop. I came in from out of state and was trying to handle everything in a time frame that kept turning out to be unrealistic. I LITERALLY changed the date & time of this carpet cleaning appointment FIVE times in a 4 week period, continually moving it back a few days to a week. At no point did JoAnn ever show a single moment of frustration or impatience with me. She understood the situation and was kind and sympathetic. I can not express how important that was to me.

He didn't clean the floor tiles so I don't know if I got the full value of what I paid for. But he did a good job.
Description of Work: He was not able to clean my floor tiles because it wasn't sealed in with the grout though he did clean the granite and get those counter tops cleaned and sealed.

I see this review came about 2 years after the original cleaning. So I want to let you know why we did not do the tile floors. It was actually because of the tile being soft from the install. Sometimes I find where a contractor did not mix the grout correctly and it will not harden. It is soft enough where I can scrape it out with my finger nail. So If I were to come in with my high pressure cleaning tool it could have blown the grout out of the floor. Causing great harm to the floor and the only fix would be you having your grout removed and redone by a tile installer. As far as getting the full value of what you paid for the good thing is yes you did. We of course did not charge for any floor cleaning and only charged for the counters. So you can rest assured that you did get full value. Again thank you for the review and hope to see you again soon.

Showed up 90 minutes late. Service provider did call. Managed to back trailer over a landscaping fence at the end of the driveway. Then backed into a Saguaro next to my garage and damned near knocked it over. I didn't see this happen, but a contractor that was doing work at my home at the same time witnessed this, and told me the poor cactus was swaying back and forth. There are now four scars on the side...I'm hoping it recovers. A week after the supposed cleaning/deodorizing I had to spray a deodorizer on the Master bedroom carpet and air it out because it still smelled like DIRTY FEET! When I asked about the tile cleaning service I was referred to another contractor! I would strongly recommend you look at other providers.

First let me say thank you for selecting us for your provider. We are very sorry you did not feel as though we did a good job for you. I wish you would have called or emailed right away instead of waiting a week or more to put up this review without allowing us to make you happy first. You can often find out the true character of a company in how they deal with a complaint. Please always call in if unhappy with our service or any other providers service. That way we can make it right with you. As for being "90 minute late". We always give 1.5 hour arrival windows (90 minutes) this covers us in case of traffic or prior job going a little longer. We even called you as you noted above to let you know we would be arriving at the tail end of our window of time. As far has backing into a cactus that you did not see happen as you stated above. The cactus in question is a huge mature Saguaro cactus that would take a lot of force and speed to make sway back and forth. This did not happen as I was backing up in the driveway at your home and it was in blind spot. So speed could not even happen. The person that let you know about this was the contractor I had to ask him to move his vehicle to accommodate us getting our truck into your driveway. As you know he could not hear us as he had ear buds in and was upset about having to stop his work and move his vehicle. So I am not surprised he said what he did about us as you were not there to witness. Now as for the carpet cleaning. The carpet in question is one that the two of us had discussed. I let you know up front the condition of the carpet. I told you the color of the carpet will not go back to the original as this carpet was old and warn. It was frayed and pulled away from the tack boards and worn our with holes in other areas. You then said you know how bad it was and that you would be replacing it in the very near future. You just wanted it cleaned so you could go ahead and move in. Also at the time of cleaning you did not mention any concerns of odor in the carpet. You mentioned also about deodorizing in your review. I checked back to the specials we had on Angie's List, my website and even the written work order and no where did it mention deodorizing. The smells you smelled of "dirty feet" could have been in the padding and once it was cleaned on top the water used in steam cleaning may have activated some of the odors in the pad and concrete as it was really old carpet as you know. However deodorizing would not eliminate that also. It was most likely they had a pet that has urinated on the carpets in the past. If you would have called us back we could have come out and discussed another plan of action or even clean the area again for no charge. As far as recommending another company to clean the tile. Yes that is 100% correct as you have a Saltillo floor. Your floor needed to have restoration work done and have a new gloss coating applied after a thorough stripping process. The key thing here is it is Saltillo and that is not in our scope of work and is even excluded on our profile page of Angie's List. At the time you even said that you appreciated the fact I did not just take your money and do a basic cleaning of the tile. You said to me that giving work to a competitor is not a bad thing as it shows honesty. As I mentioned to you I don't usually recommend my competition. So in closing I am so sorry you did not enjoy our service. I feel as though if you had given us the chance by calling us back with your concerns you would have been another happy customer and a repeat one. I do hope in the future you give all companies a chance to respond to you and make things right. We are nothing of a company without happy customers.

I was able to make the appointment for the very next day -- important to me because I wanted the cleaning done before moving into the apartment. He was professional, and got the work done as agreed. This was a great experience. He is honest and helpful. The tile looks great, including the grout lines. The truck mounted equipment seems really powerful. He offers additional services, but is not pushy about it. And he is honest. We were going to get carpets cleaned, but he suggested it would be better to replace than to clean. So he cost himself some $$, but was helpful to us. The entire service was fairly quick as well.
Description of Work: We had the company steam clean all the tile in the house. Also, he cleaned & sealed the granite counters.

Bryan was awesome at scheduling the appointment on fairly short notice. He was on time and was very educational on what to use to clean terrazzo and granite - I had been doing it all wrong. He accomplished all of the work within 2.5 hours PLUS didn't mind the assist of two German Short Haired Pointers! The end result is FANTASTIC! I am very pleased with the work and will be recommending him to others!

Bryan arrived on time, took a look around, and explained his plan to me. He treated the tiles with a cleaner to break down the oil and gunk. When the tiles were steamed, they were noticeably lighter and the grout (even without the complicated treatment) looked much, much better. The carpets have been cleaned several times by other companies without removing some throw-up stains near my children's bathroom. The stains have always returned. I have waited 3 weeks since Noah's Carpet and Tile did my carpets, and those stains are GONE. Good. Prices were very reasonable,

The guy that came out did not have the capability to complete the service on my travertine tile, so we did not end up going through with the service.

[member name removed], I feel horrible that you felt we should get a D. I do remember this quite well. Your wife had bought a Big Deal for natural stone "cleaning and sealing". When I arrived you took me around to show me the areas to be cleaned and sealed. I was completely ready and willing to do this work at that time as that is what the Big Deal covered and included that your wife purchased. However, you then showed me some cracked tiles and wanted us to fix them. Repair work is not something my company offers as I leave that to the installers to do as that is their specialty. You had also wanted the floors to be polished. This is done with diamond pads and takes a lot longer to do than a cleaning and sealing. I explained this and said I could do polishing but it would have to be a different day as it would need to be scheduled for the extra time. Polishing natural stone is not part of the cleaning and sealing process (what the Big Deal was) as it is a highly specialized process and is priced much different so there would have been an additional cost. So in summary, I did come completely prepared to do what was asked of me. A big deal was purchased for a clean and seal. When your wife called in to set the appointment, she confirmed we were to clean and seal the floors as specified on the Big Deal. Also, while in your home I did not push you into doing only the clean and seal which I was there and prepared to do. I gave you the option of having us do the clean and seal or to get a refund and have an installer come out and do the repair work. You then could call us back and we could do the polishing when we could schedule the correct amount of time and you were ready for that type of work. So in all fairness I was going to eat the 40 minutes driving time to your home and then the return time to make you happy and not leave you with something your wife would not have appreciated. I wish I could have been able to help you. If I were to have done the cleaning and sealing for you I am very confident you and your wife would have been pleased. We strive for excellence in everything we do. Again I am sorry you felt we deserved a D rating as I tried to help you out even though we could not accommodate you on that day because you were asking me to do something totally different that wasn't part of the Big Deal and also constituted different products and supplies.

It went very smoothly. Bryan came on time, within the one-hour window promised, and was very nice and professional. He got right down to work, and even fixed a leaky outdoor water faucet that was causing water to leak all over the place. He gave me a free bottle of spot-cleaner and lots of good advice and tips. I will definitely ask them to come back, and I have put them on my calendar to contact them again in 10 months, even if there isn't a coupon available at the time. My carpet looks great.

Thanks for mentioning our honesty. That's one of the main issues homeowners have with carpet cleaners, in that they high pressure or upsell. A lot of the bigger companies actually hire salespeople to clean the carpet, rather than hiring people to just clean carpet. If they can train salespeople to clean carpet, their natural sales tactics kick in and they are able to create additional sales for the company while they're in the home. That is why we have that promise right on our website that we do not upsell! We want to be set apart in this industry as a company that gives the exact pricing over the phone or in writing and sticks to that price once we come out to clean!

My husband and I recently bought a house built in 2000, which at first glance, looked to be in pretty good condition. However, once we moved in and really started looking around, it became apparent that the previous owners did not keep current with routine maintenance, let alone everyday cleaning. The tile and grout were filthy beyond hope, or so I thought. I found Noah's on craigslist and read the reviews. Bryan assured me that he could take care of it, and he did. It looks like brand new tile, and it was worth every penny. This is a job best left to the professionals, and Bryan's services were superior. I'll be calling him next year for the annual tile cleaning.

As written above Bryan first did a sample on one tile area at how good it would look. I said if the tile floors will look that good then I will be very pleased and he would be my tile cleaning guy as well as window cleaning guy as long as I am in this house. My floors are excellent looking now and the before and after Bryan worked his magic those pictures tell the whole story.
Description of Work: I had one tile cleaning come and clean my tile n this home that I had brought and was redoing the interior of the home. I also had Conti clean out my air ducts. When the provider said he was done the floor was still dirty looking and the grout was discolored. Granted the tile floors most like were not cleaned for many years but I thought it still looks bad. So, I went to Angie's List and found NOAH's Tile and Grout and window cleaning. Now, I hired Bryan to clean my windows which Bryan completed in a timely manner. I then asked Bryan about my tile floors that he would get the tile and grout to look like brand new and I will be impressed. Well, when Bryan was done the tile floors looked WOW!

Noah's was very professional and punctual. We forgot how clean our floors and carpets could look! The job went very smoothly and was all finished in one day. We are very pleased with the results and can recommend Noah's with no reservation.
