We had some stains as we have new puppy. They were gone after cleaning. They were prompt and professional. Very nice too. Would definitely use again.

They arrived on time. Explained that the paint overspray closest to the baseboards could not be removed (due to the size of the equipment). Other than that, the cleaning looked great! I think they did a great job and would definitely have them back again!

The service tech. (whom I thought was named Noah) was punctual. I felt comfortable with him in my home. He worked his tools with the right force & finesse to give my carpets a deep clean. I would recommend Noah's Carpet & Tile Cleaning. On the other hand, The receptionist was slightly sharp & cold. Maybe agitated would best describe her attitude. I unfortunately had to cancel my 1st appt. due to it POURING down RAINING (note: There was a storm expected to come. However, it never came) Plus, I'm under the weather (which of course my cold isn't their fault). Dispatch said "she'd do it this time & its only bc your a 1st time user". She scheduled me another appt by calling off dates. I kind of felt forced & I picked one.
