Description of Work: Noah's cleaned all the windows in my home. They hadn't been cleaned in about a year, so were very dirty. A few hours after the cleaning was completed and the sun came around the other side of the house, I notice a few windows with streaking. Noah's came back out two days later and recleaned all the windows, just to be sure there was no streaking.

Description of Work: I purchased the deal and called to schedule service. The appointment was set for 7/24 in the A.M. On 7/23 I was copied on an email by Noah's to Angies List that I was out of the service area that they had scheduled. They have been on Angie's List for over two years and my city is on the website. I called Noahs because I thought I was sent the email by mistake and I was told that Angie's List was at fault. She was too busy making excusses to listen to me and I finally hung up. At no time did I receive a phone call cancelling this appoinment. I just happened to check my email that day.

Description of Work: I purchased a natural stone clean and seal big deal and when scheduling the job very specifically told the scheduler that 1) it was a small master bath, and 2) the Travertine tile went up the wall of bathroom but knew it was still under 200SF. She repeated back to me so I do know that was understood. When the service man arrived, he very immediately said I don't do shower stalls...and what I would do here (floor) isn't even 32SF so you need to get a refund. You can't get that from me..., you'll have to go to Angies. When I pressed him to about "never" doing shower stalls, he said well I do but that would cost you a lot more than what you purchased. I went and got the coupon and realized it did indeed say in small print.."does not include shower stalls" ... *My ERROR! But when I asked him what it would cost addt'l to do the job he diverted to telling me I bought the wrong tile, I should have gotten ceramic tile, the installation of tile was bad, this tile was cracked, you're probably using shampoos that are etching the tile, etc. etc. etc. I wasn't asking for repairs, or for perfection... just clean and seal.(truly, he was 'reaching... the Travertine on the walls and floor is very nice, just never sealed) He went on about having to "hone" the tile due to hard water that attaches to this type of tile.... which I again I said okay, understand, what would that cost over what I had already paid for. He finally quoted another $150. Bottom line he just didn't want to do the 'work'... He did go out and get the "diamond" pad he said it would need and 'tested' the tile. We both saw the difference in small square he cleaned. BUT he then just packed up and said I don't have that many pads... would have to reschedule. I'll call you as soon as I get home and can check my schedule. Then he drove off in his $40,000 truck and needless to say no call that evening or the next day. DONE with this guy. If he wants to do only the very high end homes, and floors only, that's what he should advertise very clearly & his scheduler should be very aware of that. He may have been tired, had a bad day, I don't know but making it bundently clear that you don't consider someone with your range of "clientel" is beyond unncessary!

Description of Work: carpet cleaning was poor, because the persons lack of time, which he informed as about as soon as he came thru the door. No point in doing review in detail, his work reflected him being in a hurry.

Description of Work: Carpet cleaner. This provider was OK. Not sure I would use them again. For the price, he did an OK job, but the carpet was left a bit wetter than I would have liked. He also made no attempt to even move a char or tell me anything needed to be moved. He cleaned in the middle of the floor only. One of the bedrooms was very small and he still only cleaned the little area from the door to the bed. Not anything else. Not even on he other side of the bed. Not totally happy but not really disappointed either.

Description of Work: Polished marble, cleaned tile and grout, sealed grout, buffed marble and tile. We marked down "Responsiveness" because we asked Brian to email us a separate quote for buffing and polishing a "toilet closet" floor and he never responded.' We also noted that he seemed a bit rushed. However, we have found that often when a business runs a special "coupon" deal, they get an abundance of work. Maybe that is why he seemed rushed. However, we do not feel that the quality of his work suffered because of this. We marked down on "Quality" because he could not get out all the etching on the marble. We pointed some marks out to him and he worked on them again and was able to get them out. Maybe he had been rushed in going over it the first time (??). We marked down on "Professionalism" because he never emailed us with a quote for the toilet closet floor. We had him do more work than the coupon covered and we felt that he gave us a good price on that additional work.

Description of Work: We have travertine tile on the back patio. Bryan came over and advised us that the sealant would not work on the tile like it would in the kitchen. He saved us the money and said it would be better to just pressure wash it instead. He's an honest man and very professional. Will definitely use him in the future just for that.
