Where do I start? From initial phone call to finished service, Joe and his team of professionals were exactly that - professional. The courtesy and thought Joe exudes into his work and the fine details he considers... He is arguably one of the best business owners I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He was communicative throughout the entirety of our interactions leading up to and post-service. He is an absolute wealth of knowledge (explained below) and an expert in the field of tree removal. So, what did I have done? Sissoo tree removal. Yes, THOSE trees - beautiful shade trees on the surface, but Indian Rosewoods are a non-indigenous nightmare with roots from heck that push sprouts up all over your yard at random or everywhere, all at once, after it rains. These trees were imported from India, where they originally grew along river banks and helped prevent the soil from eroding. Here in Arizona, they're planted by HOAs for the lush shade they provide, with no thought to the consequences and repercussions to the roots extending up to 100-ft from the trunk, and the chaos that breaks loose as the root system seeks out water from plumbing, irrigation lines, water fixtures, pooled water after a rain, swimming pools, standing water after hand watering. These trees will stop at NOTHING to grow, and the roots and sprouts grow like an out-of-control cancer, wreaking havoc and destruction on every object that channels, uses, or sloughs water. Joe has the expertise of winning the landscaping war against these tyrannical trees of terror, truly tactful in his tenacious and tactical toppling of these trees. He even considers post-removal care, and provides you with all the knowledge and instruction you need to ensure the remaining roots and their attempt at a spree of springing sprouts is quickly quashed and quelled, so the roots' revenge is dispelled and your life can continue without worrying of the return of the trees from ****. He provided me detailed instruction and a list of inexpensive but effective supplies to ensure I'd be free from these trees for good. The cost was amazing, as well. I had 9 quotes from companies and Joe's was the best. How do you do it Joe? Doesn't matter. Expertise like his can't have a price put on it. There's no price for peace of mind, courtesy, kindness, thoughtfulness, timeliness, knowledge, I could go on about all the great things about Joe and his company but then I'd never stop writing this review. Great experience!..this is how a business should operate!! Fast, prompt communication, on time, no hassle. My tree was right next to pool, tight area to work in. No problem for Joe, quick and easy removal, cleaned all debris. Very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend!!!

Once I contacted Joe..He was prompt to get back with me & came by a gave me an estimate quickly. When he came out to see what the job entailed, I could tell immediately that he was an experienced arborist! He sent me an estimate quickly . The day the team came to do the job I was very impressed! They took the time to make sure my patio furniture was out of the way & they did a great job of cleaning up the debris and putting things back into place. Needless to say, I am very happy with the final product. My tree looks great. I will say that it is nice to do business with someone that values customer

I appreciated that Joe came with his team to supervise the removal of our tree and didn't just send his team. They removed the tree, ground down the stump below ground level, and injected the stump so that it wouldn't grow back.. I was especially pleased with how well they cleaned up everything. All of this for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend New Heights and also would use them again.

Joe took care of the stumps that were left behind from our trees that were cut down by our regular landscaper. Joe did it right. I wish we would have hired him from the beginning. You can’t even see where the stumps were. We’re happy!

I have used Joe probably a half dozen times over the last several years - my last job for him this past November was the removal of a 30’ Chinese Elm from our backyard and grinding down some Oleander stumps - he showed up on time with a full crew and finished the job in less than two hours - he also cleaned everything up so it looked like nothing had been there - he’s fair, knowledgeable and consistent - I’ve never even called for a competing bid because I trust him - use him once and you’ll never need another tree guy -

joe alsworth is the most experienced tree trimmer i have ever worked with. i am so very particular about my trees and he has been the only professional who has ever cared for my landscaping that reflects both the knowledge and professionalism that i value. you will not find someone who knows more or cares more about the health of your trees...he does not treat the work as a job, but rather a commitment to the needs of the tree and its best life. joe is a rare find, i can only hope that joe outlives me so that my trees will always be in his care!

New Heights did an awesome job removing a pine tree that was over 40 feet tall. They arrived on time on the day we had agreed on. They went right to work and in a few hours the tree was gone, the stump was ground down and my yard was so clean. Great company!

They were very prompt and did a very good job and cleaned up nicely after the work was completed. They are knowledgeable about the trees and shrubs and offered good advice about how to better manage them. They also completed sprinkler repair and again did a very good job. I was lucky enough to get same day service from them when I had several leaks in the sprinkler/drip system. They are thorough and will go the extra mile when needed. I highly recommend them for your tree trimming and sprinkler system repairs.

Joe and his team went above and beyond expectations. The street side cleanup left absolutely no weeds/debris and that was no small job. He removed a sissoo tree and went further to stop a regrow as those trees tend to do. Pricing was very reasonable. He knows his business.

I can't say enough wonderful things about New Heights Tree Service and especially the owner, Joe. I had a Sissoo tree in my very small front yard. I called New Heights Tree Service for an estimate on getting it removed. Joe was very responsive and came out within a few days of our original conversations. I appreciated that Joe provided me some information about Sissoo trees, what other neighbors have experienced, and why it was important to get it removed (I have a small yard and it was planted really close to my house). Joe was able to provide a quote and schedule the tree removal quickly, all done within a week of my first phone call to them. They did an excellent job, they took down the tree within 3 hours and picked up all debris. Additionally, I'd like to add that Joe has been wonderful on assisting with my drip line system. The Sissoo tree's roots had broken some of my drip line and Joe offered to come out and fix it. He also gave me some suggestions on plants that would work for my size yard. I can't say enough great things about Joe and New Heights Tree Service. Excellent customer service, very communicative, they go the extra mile to make sure that the job is done and even go beyond that. I highly suggest New Heights Tree Service.

It went great! Joe from New Heights Tree Service came by with in an hour. The price was very fair. He and his crew cleaned up the damage and cut down the rest of the tree.
