We had some quality control issues that we resolved, but it was just a pain as the installer KNEW that the cabinets had a problem, but he installed them anyway and then we had complain and then wait for new doors to be made and another person come out to fix the issues. It's as if they didn't expect us to notice or complain but when we did, they admitted an issue and did fix it, but I also held back payment so that I forced them to fix it. The overall quality of the product is low, but I guess you get what you pay for as they were the least expensive. The shelves didn't fit and the 2nd guy out cut them down, but two still didn't fit so I ended up taking them somewhere myself to get them sized correctly. They also didn't install the shelves as requested in upper cabinets...and they forgot to leave extra shelving brackets etc. We still have some issue, but I'm fixing them myself as they break. The quality of this product is horrible.

He was very efficient. The cabinets turned out great and it was exactly what we wanted. It was a very reasonable price.

They were on time, and very reasonable. When he came he did exactly as he said and stuck with the price that got quoted to me. I am very happy with the cabinets and the experience with the company, I would defiantly recommend them because they were good at sticking to everything as promised.

He couldn't make it on Friday, so he came on Monday, but he did call. He did what he said he would do and did it in a timely fashion. They were neat with the job, I thought it would me messier. It seemed there was something metal under the coating, but they came back and corrected the problem.

The cabinet work was done very well, with only one minor error that I have confidence will be rectified. The flooring work was excellent. The price was very good. Before the work was scheduled to be completed, my wife and I got stuck overseas and had to postpone the work. The problem was that our representative, Bruce Colwell, didn't answered his phone or return our calls when we called to reschedule. Neil's also failed to contact the flooring company to reschedule (which we explicitly asked them to do). So we got a call from the flooring company at 2 am (in Spain) asking why we weren't home to do the work. Overall, these telephone and scheduling problems are not a big deal, but it shows that the company is a bit disorganized. All in all, I am happy with the overall experience.

Husband and wife team installed the cabinets and were very friendly and eager to please. However, the cabinet quality is what you would expect for the price. Somewhat disappointed in the finished product and would not recommend using them unless price is your only concern.

BUILT CABINETS IN OUR GARAGE WHICH, AT THE TIME, WAS A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS. NEIL'S HAS RECENTLY BEEN SOLD TO ANOTHER PARTY WHO WE HAVE DEALT WITH 1 TIME AND HE IS REPSONSIVE ON WARRANTY WORK. CABINETS LOOK GOOD, BUT AFTER 3 YRS ARE SHOWING WEAR WHICH I WOULD THINK IS UNUSUAL. HAVE REALLY HELPED ORGANIZE OUR GARAGE AND KEEP IT CLUTTER FREE.
