MTS PAINTING

We just had our house exterior painted and were very satisfied with the job done by MTS. They are very easy to work with and very detailed about prep and the painting itself. I felt they were there to make sure we were happy with what they were doing. As someone who gives you an estimate, Josh is respectful, fair in price, and easy to get hold of if you have questions. I would definitely use MTS again.

The project went extremely well. Jason made understanding the MTS bid easy. The contract was simple and easy to understand. The crew, lead by James was on time each day and worked hard, making good progress each day. The crew was knowledgeable and explained what they planned to accomplish each day. The work was completed on time and in a professional manner, with all debris cleaned up and removed. I would definitely recommend MTS Painting for any of your next painting project.

We highly recommend MTS painting if you're in the market for some professional interior painting. We're fixing up a second home to sell and, since we're both semi-retired, thought that we could easily do all the interior painting by ourselves. Wrong! For starters, the house is 3000+ sq ft and, once we started, realized that absolutely everything except some ceilings needed to be painted. In other words, not just walls, but inside closets, all baseboards, door jambs and both sides of all doors. We persevered for weeks until only six doors, two upstairs bathrooms and three 20' walls remained. By this point, my semi-retired husband decided to go back to work full time. That's when I went looking for a professional. I'm still waiting for two out of the three painting companies I phoned to call me back! MTS saved the day by coming the same day for the estimate on the bathrooms and the three high walls and scheduling for the following day. In the time it took me to finish two closet doors, the two painters had finished their job! And they cut in (i.e. no tape) perfectly! Plus, they were courteous, clean, and very reasonably priced. They really saved me. I don't think you will be disappointed if you hire MTS for any painting job you may have.

Company was more professional than several others that I had given SOW to for bid. I realized after their bid and work description that I was being unreasonable in today's market with my anal retentive engineer's detail work. So in the 3 week interim from bid to scheduled painting I did most of the scrape, sand, and caulk work myself so their 2 day job then became a one day job. Their owner and staff are very professional and the job was done well. They later discounted the $1900 agreed bid to $1500 when billing after seeing how much prep work I had pre accomplished. They did this on their own with no request from me...very classy.

Went well. Problem fixed.Year before they painted exterior of our house. Did a good job. Later a window in front of house continued to leak (had leaked for years). They suggested they come back and do a thorough resealing of front and top of parapets (we have a santa fe) and then paint that. It worked - no leaks since. It should be noted years before we had vegas removed from front of house by another company and we suspected the stucco repair around them was the cause of the leak.

Jason provided a written estimate, which arrived by email the next day. He was on time and prepared with tape measure. We worked with him on scheduling, since we had vacations coming up, we had to book out about a month in advance. The painters arrived a littler earlier than expected (11 instead of after 1). However, this was a pleasant surprise. They walked the work area and said they would be back after lunch. They arrived back around noon and were ready to work. They taped off the work area nicely with a lot of plastic and moved two small pieces of furniture we had missed. As they were painting, they were matching the existing white to a new white shade. The colors didn't match. Fortunately, they had a supply of another white, which worked fine. One of the workers had to call into the office, and I was charged for two additional gallons of paint (my error, not theirs). However, when they finished the job, they didn't leave the paint behind which didn't match. I could have donated it to a local school for their drama sets. I forgot to ask for the paint, which was the wrong shade. They inquired if we would need the room for the night. We told them no, we had relocated to the other end of the house. They said they would return the next day and had about two hours of paint remaining. The following day they returned around noon and finished very quickly The accent wall turned out gorgeous, they applied two coats of paint. They also caulked a little around the ceilings. They were working with an existing kitchen next to this room, and after it was completed, the rooms blended nicely with the white shades. They hooked up our TV, stereo speakers and moved back some of the smaller furniture. The paint error for additional paint, was about $65 more. They did a fantastic job with blending and we found only one droplet of paint on a china hutch. We got to it early and it came right off. They were very neat and took care in covering furniture.

They were excellent. They were just very responsive. They did an excellent job. In terms of the quality of the work, that was very neat. They cleaned up afterwards extremely well. I definitely recommend them. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Josh arrived promptly on time. He was clean and neat in appearance, and had his clipboard, Sherwin Williams Paint Samples and measuring tape with him. He gave a very nice presentation and spent time going over in detail what the estimate included and how they prep the home. He offered alternatives with different brands of paint and was able to answer any question I gave to him. I was taking estimates from different companies, so ended up emailing Josh with some additional questions on paint. He answered my emails within the same day. I may use this company in the future for some interior work, I believe they would do a good job. My neighbors have used them several times. I went with another company for the exterior as they were a little lower in price.

These guys painted our master bathroom (twice in fact as we selected the wrong color the first time and had to have them back.) Bottom line - they do fantastic work. Prompt, detail oriented, high quality, professional - everything you look for in a service provider. They even went to the store to pick up a can of white paint for us to paint the door and frame (the contractor neglected to inform them of our desire to have it painted). HIGHLY recommend!

Jason responded promptly to my email and arrived on time to give me an estimate. He emailed it to me with details. It was the same price as another painter, and the only reason I ended up choosing the other painter was because for the exact same price, the other painter chose a little bit of higher-quality paint (I called Sherwin-Williams and asked them the difference...both were excellent paints, but the one I chose had a longer warranty). I did not get a chance to hire them for any handyman services, but they let me know that they also do that.

My experience with MTS was excellent from beginning to end. They responded in a timely fashion to my call. An estimate was provided quickly and efficiently. The work was performed smoothly, courteously and professionally. They matched colors we had requested accurately, and the finished product looks great. We've had several compliments from friends and neighbors already. I would certainly recommend this company to friends and family.

Very professional service. MTS quoted a good price and the team of four painters arrived on time daily to paint the interior of the house. We are pleased with the results and their professionalism.

They came out to look at the project and do the estimate. I felt the price was a bit steep especially since they were not going to paint it as well. I accepted the bid and we sat an appointment . They came on the appointed day, were careful to take down things like towel racks and medicine cabinets (rather than working around them). They did a very nice job and cleaned up after themselves. I was satisfied with their work. I was especially appreciative since so many companies are unwilling to waste their time on "small" jobs like this was.

Painters very friendly and professional. Always showed up on schedule, worked quietly, and cleaned up daily. Exceptional work. Always willing to come back for touch ups and/or additional work. This is the second project that we've used them. -- Were very careful with our furnishings, and moved all furniture as needed and returned it to original location.

They did a good job and I was happy with it. The price was good. They were professional and prompt.
