Lee helped me understand why I am sick with horrible skin rashes/issues and severe breathing problems and multitude of failing health conditions. The home we Lease is making us very ill. From the onset and very second Lee and I discussed his services over the phone, we knew we were in good hands and can trust him explicitly with the MOLD assessment/testing on the home we lease. Lee has helped us in ways he doesn t even realize. His final MOLD report/assessment (accredited and backed by a government lab) explains everything with detail, and the lab report thoroughly articulates one about every mold and toxin present in the home and outside the home. The testing is not cheap however priced very fair for all the services you receive and most importantly the final report. We now have an explanation for all of our medical doctors and supporting scientific evidence to stand up to the property management company/property homeowners. We lease a home where the property management/homeowners put their cost saving shortcuts (overall negligence on maintaining our home repairs when we had Irrigation problems on the exterior soils next to the foundation points and HVAC overflow issues in the attic) then over the safety and concern of us, the tenants! Lee is a true professional and we highly recommend him for any mold inspections of your home. We are truly satisfied and can say he saved our life! Lee and Justin came in with their experience and expertise and got the job done. They provided up to date videos of the progress of the work and sent texts often of updates. Both gentleman were friendly and genuinely cared about the homeowner and what health issues mold can cause and provided alot of information on the subject of mold. I highly recommend them.

Mold Neutralizers did a fantastic job for us. Lee is very knowledgable in the area of mold and was very insightful for us. He came very quickly after I requested a quote. Several of the tested areas came back positive for toxic mold, so my wife and I decided to have Lee and his crew take care of things for us. They did it in a timely manner and very efficiently. He communicated with us throughout the process, sending us pictures of the molded areas they remediated. (We were staying in a hotel while they did the remediation because I'm in a wheelchair and couldn't get around while things were torn up.) When they were done and we returned home, the house was extremely clean and ready for the subs to come and renovate the place. The remediation process itself was well shy of a week! We highly recommend Lee and Mold Neutralizers!

Lee and company were great to deal with: prompt, professional and courteous. I was very happy with their service from the initial inspection to the abatement process to building things back afterwards. I was also quite impressed at how responsive they were: Lee had already been to our house and performed his inspection before the other contractor I contacted even returned my call. Made my decision pretty easy. Short version: I'd recommend them for mold remediation services without hesitation.

Lee acted very quickly to test my home for mold, get the lab results, and complete the job! He is very knowledgeable about how to get rid of the mold and how it can affect your health. He truly cares about people! I appreciated his thorough explanation of the decontamination process and the pictures of the mold areas. Very professional operation. Were able to come out and do a mold inspection shortly after initial contact. Lab tests showed dangerous levels of some molds. We are now discussing mold treatment and restoration of the water damaged walls. I highly recommend the two individuals I have worked with so far.
