For our window coverings, we visited the window covering specialty desk. We have worked with two specialists, who were helpful especially since we are the type who are indecisive when it cmes to purchases like this. I am terrible with names, but I believe it was the store owner or manager who came to our home with another employee to measure our windows and explain the installation process with our foam walls. Due to costs of window coverings. we only purchased enough for a few rooms at a time requiring them to make several trips to our home for installation. This may not sound like much, but our home is in the desert, over an hour drive for them. They have never expressed concern or frustration about this, which is appreciated. I fully trust this individual to come into our home. They were very professional and did a great job. I am not willing to put my home address on these posts, but our home is located in the Rio Verde Foothills area.

The whole experience was excellent!

I hate this place! I curse them every day that I step on or over my puckered carpet. I was unhappy with everything from this company. Someone visited my house and gave me an estimate, including $300 to move furniture. I got help from my friends to move the furniture myself. The installer did a horrible job!!!!!!! He said that the furniture did not need to be moved and he did his work exerting as little effort as possible!!! I have bumps and distorted carpet in a number of locations. Don't patronize this business!! They excel in the 'bait and switch.' Don't waste your money!!!

My first encounter with Mesa sales was with Kathi who handles window coverings. Kathi couldn't have been more helpful and made the experience fun. She is knowledgable, and pleasant with excellent suggestions. Se came back from her late lunch early when she saw me sitting at the counter waiting for her. Kathi truly cares about the customer and it showed each time we met. She gave truthful estimated order times and worked with me to get the pricing to my budget. The next encounter was with the person who measured my windows. At his suggestion and kathi's, he measured all windows in the house even thought wasn't sure what I wanted to do in the great room to avoid another appointment when I decide what product to use. The plantation shutters came in early and are beautiful. I changed the order for three inside roller shades to one when the builder decided to leave two window shades (the house was the model). When I called Kathi to see if two shades could be cancelled, she checked right away and called me back to confirm that we could do that. To summarize, this was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend Mesa Sales for window treatments, flooring and anything else needed foe a home. I was and still am very pleased with their service, pricing and personnel including Frankie who installed my shades and did his best to accommodate my schedule.

One installer came and in the matter of one and a half hours had all six treatments done. The charge listed above included freight and installation charges.

Mesa sales is GREAT. Competitive pricing, very responsive people. We never waited more than an hour or so for any return calls, etc. They were willing to juggle the schedule so we could take advantage of the opportunity to repaint rooms. The installers were fast, prompt, professional, personable, and did excellent work. In addition, we decided we wanted to extend a bit of tile into one of the carpeted rooms--only about 8 sq. ft., very small. Mesa sales had 4 (!) men there the next day and finished in 1-1/2 hours with a fine job done. They also did some small bathroom linoleum install, very fast and well done. They will have all my flooring work from now on.

THIS WAS BIG JOB, 255 YARDS OF CARPET AND 3223 SQ FT OF FURNITURE. I SHOPPED AROUND, AND THERE ARE A LOT OF FLAKY COMPANIES OUT THERE. I HAD FORGOTTEN ABOUT MESA SALES UNTIL MY MOM REMINDED ME THAT THEY HAD PUT THE CARPET IN HER HOUSE FOR US YEARS AGO. THE VERY DAY I WALKED IN THERE AND SPOKE WITH GINGER, I TOOK A SAMPLE HOME AND MADE THE APPOINTMENT TO HAVE THE HOUSE MEASURED. THEY WERE ON TIME TO DO THAT AND FIGURED OUT THAT I COULD USE CARPET THAT WAS 15' INSTEAD OF 12' AND THAT WOULD SAVE ME SOME MONEY. WHEN THE PRICE CAME IN, I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT, I ACTUALLY GOT A MUCH BETTER CARPET FOR $800 LESS THEN THE LOWEST BID I HAD GOTTEN. THE TWO GUYS THAT DID THE INSTALL WHERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND KIND; IT TOOK THEM TWO DAYS AND THEY WERE GREAT EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. GINGER WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EAGER TO HELP ME SELECT THE RIGHT CARPET FOR OUR NEEDS. I TIPPED THE INSTALLERS AND THANKED THEM FOR THEIR HARD WORK AND FOR JUST BEING THE TYPE OF PEOPLE THEY WERE. THEY DID A TERRIFIC JOB. THE CARPET IS REALLY HOLDING UP WELL. THOSE EMPLOYED AT THE STORE WERE REALLY HELPFUL IN SELECTING DIFFERENT PRODUCTS. I AM PLEASED. I WAS THOROUGHLY SATISFIED WITH THE HELP, THE CARPET INSTALLERS DID A GREAT JOB. THANK YOU.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN CHOOSING QUALITY CARPET. BUT, I HAVE HAD TROUBLE GETTING HELP WITH MAINTENANCE AFTERWARD.
