Milo was awesome. Showed up on time. Did a great job replacing existing hot water heater is a very "tight" laundry area. I was so comfortable with him I had him do repairs to toilet too rather than waiting for handyman scheduled the following day.
Description of Work: Replace existing hot water heater. Rework the "guts" and eliminate toilet leak.

WALDO INSTALLED THE PROPANE TANKS AND REGULATOR BUT LEFT WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE TANKS WERE SETUP. HE ALSO DID NOT TEST TO MAKE SURE THE TANKS AND FIRE FEATURES WERE OPERATING CORRECTLY. AS A RESULT OF THIS I WENT OUT TO LIGHT THE FIRE FEATURES AND IT FLASHED UP AND SINGED ALL THE HAIR ON MY LEFT ARM. A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION THAT COULD HAVE BEEN WORSE HAD I NOT HAD THE POOL TO JUMP INTO. I AM NOT SURE OF THE COMPETENCE OF THIS VENDOR. THEY ALSO MESSED UP THE BILLING AND DID NOT PROVIDE ANY PRICES BEFORE THEY INSTALLED THE TANKS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AS I REQUESTED PRICING BEFORE INSTALLATION.
Description of Work: INSTALLED TWO ONE HUNDRED POUND GAS PROPANE CYLINDERS, ONE REGULATOR, ONE PIG TAIL AND ONE SLAB FOR FIRE FEATURES BUILT INTO OUR POOL'S WATERFALL.
