+ -1 moreI didn't understand why I had to pay a cancellation fee after the service was no longer acceptable. The first time was okay, but the quality of the cleaning took a downturn with the second and third visit. They were very busy chatting and didn't seem to stay on task. They were personable, but I need a deeper cleaning.
