Ryan was awesome. He was prompt professional and so affordable, even late at night. I called at 11:45pm when we noticed the clog, and he was there and finished the job by 1:00am.

We were happy with the service but the plumber also tried to get us to call their "sister" company to fix water damage caused by the leak under our sink. That is not what we needed and we had no intention of making an insurance claim which he was strongly suggesting. All we wanted was a leak repair. That was done satisfactorily.

Work was fine. I felt the charge for the 45 minutes it took of $423 was too high. Called the office and was told there was nothing they could do. The technician told me he works on commission.

Tech arrived without proper tool to remove damaged shower downrod without cutting hole in ceiling drywall which was left unrepaired. Also did not have simple parts with him so required return visit. Simple repair completed on return visit but am now left to find drywall repair.

Ignacio did great work. The faucet I bought from Lowes was missing two small parts. He came back to finish the Jove same day once Lowes provided the missing parts. He did not charge for return visit and did a great job.
