Description of Work: I had Magic Hands Cleaning Service do a move-in cleaning at my newly purchased home and move-out cleaning at my previous home. Both times they were significantly delayed on their arrival (2 hours). My assumption was a standard move-in cleaning would entail walls/cupboards/appliances/floors/blinds/baseboards/fans. What they did was good, but when they were done I found that blinds, fans & baseboards were not included, and they could not stay because of the late start. They returned 2 days later to do the blinds/windows/baseboards, and did a good job. I specifically asked for the plantation shutters & appliances to be cleaned at my move-out location, but found they had not and had to do them myself. I was hoping to use this service on a monthly basis, but have now decided they are too unreliable.

We strive hard to ensure 100% satisfaction to every one of our clients. I also noticed that, in your review, you made an additional comment about not receiving a call after filling out a form. At Magic Hands Housekeeping, we have never required or requested from our clients to fill out any type of form in order to receive our service. Maria & Gabby have been providing Housecleaning service to my home every other week for the last 3 months. They are both pleasant, punctual, kind and excellent housecleaners. They work nonstop for 4 hours, take direction well & do an amazing job every time they come to my home. I have been very pleased with this company/service, and look forward to a long relationship with them in the future!
