My computer had been slowing down to a crawl and then my tracking pad stopped working. I could have made an appointment at the Apple store but it's always so busy that you end up waiting way beyond your scheduled appointment time to talk with a tech. A friend had referred me to MacTroopers. I could not have asked for more excellent service. I called. I downloaded their software. The Tech talked with me about the issues and what was most amazing was that we didn't rush to a conclusion. My problem was fixed with in 10 minutes. The Tech also did a cursory look at other issues with the computer and suggested some future fixes, which i intend to do through Mac Trooper services.

Contacted them through email on their web site. They contacted back with a price and we also talked on the phone. Excellent job, reasonably priced and very knowledgeable.

Wanted to install new hard drive in our MacBook. Service providers wanted to hold our machine for days to transfer the data. Contacted MacTroopers was told that they would "clone" the old hard drive to the new one and would do so at our house. The service provider was punctual after calling to say he'd be 15 minutes late. When it was discovered that I had purchased the wrong "enclosure" to allow the data cloning to happen the provider offered to go to the store and purchase it and come back at no cost other than the part. Provider came back ran the clone program and left with a smile on his face. If you have Mac work that needs to be done give this team a shot.
