+ 0 moreI was matched to the company and we messaged with text messaging. We confirmed for Saturday morning at 9 am. I received a text at 9:04 saying he would see me soon and I agreed. At 9:31 I sent him another text asking if he was coming or not and he replied and said he was on the way. I told him to cancel the appointment. I need someone who will show up when they say they will.

+ 1 moreAbsolutely flawless. Santiago returned our call same day. And he came when he said he would to give us an estimate, then showed up a bit early (which was great) for when they were scheduled to do the work. Everything was done carefully and correctly. Santiago is a very nice man who does the work that’s needed, correctly and is professional as well.
Description of Work: We needed a major drip line fixed that was under pavers. Also needed another area of pavers tamped down due to mistake from another company.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE NOT TAKEN CARE OF. THEY DID NOT COME WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO.
Description of Work: WE LEAVE FOR 5 MONTHS IN THE SUMMER AND WE ALSO USE THEM WHILE WE ARE HERE. THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO KEEP THE YARD AND SHRUBS IN GOOD/CLEAN CONDITION.
