Lockstep Concrete

I hired Lockstep to make a walkway from my driveway into my backyard, the work was better than expected, definitely recommend their service to anyone looking for quality work!

I was tricked into believing, as Noah told me, that "they're a little more expensive than most but worth it because of their quality and their service"... I'm finding that to be completely false. Two weeks after they poured our concrete slab, our driveway and the sidewalk, all of them started cracking. It has now been 2 months and the only thing they've done is, sent someone over to cut out a bunch of concrete and not communicate with me whatsoever. They're not answering my calls or my texts, so the only thing I know to do is to leave a bad review. I left a good review the day they poured it, because I thought it was a good job, I was wrong.

We have dealt with multiple different contractors for multiple different things, in the last 25 years. Lockstep concrete is hands down the best company to work with. They're very professional, know what they're doing, clean everything up at the end so you don't even know they were there. It's a very rare to find a construction company of any kind that stands up to their word. I don't typically do comments, but I highly recommend for any concrete work. We will absolutely hire them again.

This was one of THE BEST companies I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. They were timely with their quote, communicated accurately about the scope of work and expectations. They showed up on time and worked their tails off. At one point they apologized as the project was going to go a little longer than expected. The reason for this is that they weren’t pleased with where the floor was at and wanted to do another pass as they wanted to be sure we were both happy with the finished product… and boy ARE WE! The floor looks INCREDIBLE!!! This is a project done in the Shasta Pools Surprise showroom. I encourage anyone considering this service or working with Lockstep to stop on in. Ask for Amber and I’m happy to show you their work. I would definitely hire them again. Don’t hesitate for a second in hiring Lockstep. You won’t be disappointed!

The Lockstep Team is skilled at communication. Text and phone calls with updates and schedule changes were initiated by Lockstep when needed. The team provided great customer service and a quality product at a reasonable price. I had the driveway extension quotes out by three other companies, and Lockstep beat their pricing…and definitely provided better customer service. I highly recommend Lockstep Concrete.

Noah was able to start the job within days of engaging N & J for the job. Demolition/prep took one afternoon, and the next day they did the pour. All together they were in and done in 2 days. The results look great, and the craftsmen they brought in to finish off the top really knew what they were doing. After waiting many years to have the job done, we're very happy with the results.
