Steve Lenzmeier, a master carpenter specializing in finish carpentry and licensed since 1984, started Lenzmeier Creative Carpentry to perform framing, finish carpentry and remodeling. In 1993 Steve obtained a Residential General Contractors license as a sole proprietor and became incorporated under LCi Builders, LLC in 1999 (license #B-141063). Lenzmeier Construction also possesses a Light Commercial General Contractors license. Lenzmeier Construction is a unique builder. This role can only be accomplished by a team of seasoned professionals that deliver exceptional craftsmanship and service at the highest level with unmatched innovation. Each and every project is supervised by Steve Lenzmeier in order to ensure quality. Our office staff is prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable of the field work requirements. Lenzmeier Construction's experienced carpenters perform the light framing and precise finish carpentry aspects of each project. The positive atmosphere in our office and on the job site creates a pleasurable workplace for our employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers. Terrible, In 9 months, the sum total of their 'design' consisted of one 8x10 ROUGH pencil sketch of a design that had been previously provided to them. No specifics, no final estimates of costing and was actually told a BOM would not be provided until I signed additional contract to complete the entire build out. I would never attempt to work with LCI Builders LLC ever again nor would I recommend them. Based on my experience with this organization, I would be hard pressed not to actively steer anyone away from them. Totally unprofessional and that's being kind.
Description of Work: Contracted to design and develop a bill of materials for construction of a complete landscape (front/rear/pool/ramada/firepit) for new construction.
