Badly. Re arranged my schedule twice and never showed up. His prior sink install did not last two years and his lack of follow up is disappointing.

I purchased a house that didn't have water on the north side hose bib. The seller was and quot;supposed to completeand quot; this before closing, but didn't. I called Jeff w/ Layin Pipe and he came out, found out that the water connect to that house bib was disconnected and got everything fixed. He also helped w/ an issue I had w/ my pools auto-fill which was appreciated.

I recently purchased a house...the following week I noticed I had water backed up in my house which caused some major issues. I called Jeff with Layin Pipe to come take a look at it and he found I had an issue with roots. I had to have my lines cameraed and located and found numbers spots with roots that collapsed and broke through the piping in my foundation. Jeff and his crew had to jackhammer through my kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom to replace the collapsed/damaged pipe. It was a multiple day job, but Jeff and his crew cleaned after each day and made this HUGE inconvenience the best possible outcome. They did a great job, showed up on time, and the work was completed within the estimate...so no surprises which was huge plus. Jeff was also able to coordinate my carpet to be re-stretched and had the mess cleaned up so it took some of the stuff off of my plate which was appreciated. Would definitely recommend for all plumbing needs/issues.
