LaFortune Stucco and the owner Shane is very honest, trustworthy and the only business you would ever want for stucco work on your home. His crew is amazing and very competent. They worked relatively "fast" without ever compromising quality. Their cleanup effort was also unbelievable. It was as if they were never there. We couldn't be happier with the superior effort, quality and result we received. Their painting effort was arguably as good as their stucco expertise... It's very hard to find ethical businesses that keep their word, schedules and deliver superior quality at a reasonable price, but LaFortune Stucco is that business.

Overall, my experience was good. It was a reasonable price. I thought the estimate was good. It would've worked out just fine if we would've gone with that door. We decided not to go with the door, so we didn't need the stucco work.

Excellent! It's been a while since I had the work done but I highly recommend this company. I had an additional issue of trying to seal open areas in the foundation that were housing pack rats. The guys went out of their way to figure out what would work best to seal off these areas. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them.

We got several estimates but, without question, Shane of LaFortune Stucco gave us the best quote. He came out shortly after I called him to evaluate the job. He immediately gave us a reasonable quote. Once we could get on the schedule, he showed up at the scheduled time every day. He worked hard to complete the project within the timeframe he quoted, in spite of a rainy day. It was a relatively small job but Shane gave the project his full attention regarding every detail. He did an outstanding job. We had the whole exterior painted this week. Our home looks brand new, beautiful and modern, especially because the stucco job completely updated the old seventies look. SHANE at LAFORTUNE STUCCO is the man. He was very quick to respond to an inquiry phone call, and was out within a day to do our appraisal. He told us about his company, walked the grounds with us, and told us what we DIDN"T need done and what we SHOULD have done. He was extremely knowledgeable. When we got his quote, we immediately hired him, and soon after, his crews began working. They arrived at 5 AM (the start time is negotiable, but this was a few weeks ago during the hot, hot spell). They worked constantly each day until they left, and cleaned up after themselves. Shane was very present and worked with his crew on some days. He gave us daily updates, answered all questions thoroughly, and got the first part of the job done within a week. It's a huge house with a lot of stucco damage. Despite the heat, they didn't miss a day. Four weeks later, once the first layer cured, Shane and his crew were back to put on the final "coat." The house looks great. Cracks that were there are gone, and the work they did to make the new stucco fit with the rest of the house --meaning LOTS of bump-ins and bump-outs -- is flawless. They did such a good job and, except for needing to paint the whole house, it looks like a multicolored, finished exterior. His crew was very nice, polite, and unobtrusive. On the last day of the job, two of them even carried a heavy couch up to our master bedroom, climbing up two flights of stairs. I had asked Shane if they could do that for us and without hesitation, he said that they could do whatever we needed. I would not even have asked, but the interior of our house was done at this point and there were no more workers inside to help out. BOTTOM LINE: I WOULD HIRE AND REHIRE LAFORTUNE STUCCO IN A HEARTBEAT, and am recommending him to any and everybody who needs stucco work done, whether it be a large or small job.

They gave a very fair bid for the job. The showed ip when they said they would and did a great job. They matched the existing stucco with the repairs very well. Professional and courteous.

I thought that my wife had entered the review,but recently found out she did not, so that is why there is a delay from the time of repair to the review. I had called Shane and spoke with him concerning a cracks, and a hole in the rear corner of the house. Shane came out and looked at the property, while we were both out. After talking with Shane on the phone, he informed me that his company would perform the repair, but would have to schedule it at a time when his foreman was in the area. I think it took a week or two, but I was fine with the arrangement. I called a few other companies, and was told that the job was too small for them and they were not interested. I am happy that Shane took the time to look at my house, and had his company perform the repair. I will use Shane and his company in the future when my house needs to be painted and repaired. The foreman came by after work one day and performed the repair when we were not home. I really appreciate the professionalism of Shane and his workers. It is rare that you work with a company that performs work unsupervised, and does such a great job! I just wanted to say thank you to Shane, and anyone reading this review, I hope this helps you when looking to hire a stucco repair and painting company.

Shane was very professional, timely, and great product. He really cares how his product will look and even follows up with you after service to check on his work, making sure you are happy. He was in touch with us via decisions, color, texture, when he would be out to the house the entire time he worked on our project. I would recommend to anyone.

Great service and great quality. Shane was very hands on, professional and accommodating. He worked fast and demonstrated great quality. He was informative on the process, answered all my questions. He came back after the bulk of the work was done to check up on the work and immediately remedied any cracks or curing issues. The only reason things took a few more days than normal was due to a week long winter rain storm, otherwise, this project would have been done faster! I will use him for any future projects and recommend his work to all! 5 stars!!

Shane responded quickly to evaluate the job. Personable, professional guy. This is a small repair job, so had to be fitted into his large jobs, but within a week he had a worker out here who was very professional and performed both repairs expeditiously. Repairs look great. He has a minimum of $150 and was able to perform both repairs for that price. I believe there was good value for the price I paid. I will definitely use this company if I need further stucco repairs.

I called 2 different stucco vendors for estimates. I chose LaFortune for a number of reasons. Shane was prompt when he came to provide the estimate. He walked the entire house and showed me the difference between ugly stucco and stucco that had been compromised and would allow water in. He advised me that even though it may be tempting to just restucco the whole house to make it look even and protect against water damage, a full home stucco job was expensive and not really necessary for what we were dealing with. He was thoughtful about his estimate and was very clear about the work process and the time it would take to complete. He additionally indicated that the quality of the work was the most important thing and that he would not give me an estimate where the work was only partially done or inferior products were used to save money. Louis and Julio showed up on the day the work was to start on time. They repaired the stairwell beautifully and also repaired the many many cracks that had developed as a result of the poor workmanship from the original vendor. They corrected the patched areas beautifully. They seem to care about the work that they do and are proud of the end result. (the word craftsman comes to mind) They were polite, respectful and answered all of my questions. I especially liked that Louis would come check in at the end of the day and let me know what was accomplished and what the plan was for the next day. I was also pleased that without me asking, they cleaned everything up each evening so that i could use my back yard. We were so pleased with their work that we decided to have them come and paint the house and didnt even get any other bids for that. We will definitely have then come back for any future work that we have done.

I called Shane on 6/22/2015 about repairing a hole in a stucco wall that bees had gotten into.The best had been removed, but the interior wood framing and the stucco needed to be sealed. He came to the house on 6/24 and said he could do the work. Since he had a $200 minimum, he found other areas needing repair that he'd include in the job. He said he'd put me on the schedule in 2 weeks. After 13 days and no word from Shane, I called him (7/6) to see when he'd be out. He apologized -- said he'd overlooked the job, but that he was really backed up and couldn't do the work this week. He said that small jobs ($150) had to be fitted in between his other jobs, so he couldn't give me a date when he'd be available. He suggested I call someone else. I did, and I won't be calling Shane LaFortune in the future.

I called Lafortune Stucco and they scheduled with me right away to come out and look at the damage. I believe Shane himself came. He informed me that the minimum job fee is $150, which I agreed to. Somehow I did not communicate that I wanted the stucco painted afterward and should have asked specifically, because they do paint stucco but did not paint mine. Anyway, I am easily confused. A worker came out (it seems like next day) to complete the job. The front surface of the stucco was very smooth but the underside seemed less so. In my innocence, never having had work done on my house before, I did not ask questions and did not examine it well. Anyway, I am just now (June) finally having my whole house painted. So....now having had much more experience with contractors and such, was very carefully examining the job done. I was on my hands and knees examining the part of the garage where the stucco had been redone (I wanted to make sure the paint was done well since it had no previous paint on it) and realized that there was a hole on the underside (4 inches or so across) that had not received any stucco and flared out a tiny bit. It is not obvious from the front, but as rain would flow down the stucco and underneath to the exposed concrete, it is somewhat of a concern. I have just called Lafortune today, and being the end of the work day, they may have been busy and did not answer. Shane called back within 5 minutes or so and said he was sorry it had not been done to completion and was happy to have someone come out this week and fix it, and that if the painters leave some paint here they would be happy to paint the stucco after it dries. I sent him pictures and am happy with the response.

The work done was excellent! They were able to match existing stucco work well. The two man crew was efficient and cleaned up afterwards. The calls and notifications were prompt and always friendly. They were very easy to work with.

The job went great. They were professional, showed up on time, followed up to apply the finishing touches, and were competitively priced. Shane, the owner of the company, personally came out to give an estimate for the work and made some great suggestions. He was also very flexible about changing the scope of the project as needed. The painter I want to use for the house stopped by and verified that the stucco work was high quality. He even asked for their contact information. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Shayne the owner was excellent. He had a very good price for the work done. The work was completed in two days. They were very good at fitting me into their schedule and they were on time and Shayne was very easily contacted. They were very professional during the work they did for me. The stucco looks great and Shayne gave me additional information to ensure the stucco lasts for a long time.

Excellent. The owner (Shane) came by, looked at what was needed and took a paint chip sample. Returned personally the next morning with the painter. The painter did an excellent job. The care that Shane took for a small job was very impressive.
