They were super friendly, explained what they would do to rid home of pigeons roosting on home, and clean pigeon mess from outside of home. On day of job we’re very efficient. Many neighbors also using their services. Cost of job also most reasonable of estimates obtained.

They were the most confident. And did a good job blocking up the holes. Am waiting for them to come out to check the traps they set in the attic, which will probably be this week or next.

I called for roof rats. I had to call them to get an invoice and know that they had come out. I have to call them back out to see if the traps they set caught anything in my attic. You would think for $600 you youe follow up on this kind of service.

I haven't hired them yet but I will be. They're the only company that was quick, thorough, and offered a whole home "seal" that would include using clear silicone and replacing weather stripping on doors to further protect against scorpions. It was exactly what we needed for a house we're buying that has been neglected and unsafe to move our 1year old into without making sure no more scorpions will be getting in. I really appreciated their understanding on not just needing basic pest control.

They come on time and keep me informed about what has to be done

I had a bee problem when I called the company. Ryan came out in the afternoon to see what needed to be done. He explained that he would come early in the morning (6:30AM) and it would only take him about 15 minutes after he "suited up". When I woke up at 8AM, the work had been done and the receipt was at my front door - just as he said it would be. BTW- I am allergic to bees so it was important for me to have this work done. From the time I made the phone call until the problem was solved was less than 24 hours. Now, I can enjoy my back yard.

I was originally contacted very quickly by a representative of Ky-Ko over the weekend and told to expect a call on Monday to schedule an appointment for my home in south Scottsdale. We agreed upon a one time spray for $75 with a 30 day no pest guarantee. Instead of getting the call on Monday, I was called Tuesday. This was annoying, but not a deal breaker. During that Tuesday call, I set up an appointment for Friday at 4:00. I made an effort to be home well in advance of this appointment. I sat and waited as 4:00 came and went. 5:00 came and went. It became apparent that he was a no show as 6:00 approached. No call to say he would be late, or reschedule for a better time. That's a big waste of my time. I found this to be quite annoying and disrespectful of my time. I recommend against using their services. If you have better luck than I, then by all means, I hope you have a great experience. Nevertheless, do not expect it. Should a representative from Ky-Ko read this, it should not be difficult to contact me from your records. By all means, I would be eager to express myself to a member of management.
