Excellent service when it came to installation of the two air units installed for my house. Prompt service and attention to detail.

When I called them, they came and they said they would be back within a week. They estimated $289 for new sets for the shower. There was a second guy that came out after the day of that estimate. We only wanted to change the top but we needed to replace the whole thing. They told me to pay an extra $75 to change the whole thing. After they installed the shower, they installed it wrong, the hot water stopped. They said they would send someone and they told me nothing was wrong it was the speed for the shower. After that, the hot water stopped again and I called again, they said if it wasn't their fault I have to pay them even more. There was no problem with the hot water before they came to the home. They come out to fix it but they lied about it being fixed.

Brenden came out with in two hours of my calling gave me an estimate and did the job the same day he was very professional and courteous. Will recommend and us THEM again.

Called and spoke with Terry. Had Brendan here at my house within an hour. Installed kitchen faucet within 1-1/2 hours, charging $225. George Brazil was here on Saturday and wanted $466 to install the same faucet. Brendan was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I will use their services in thefuture and would highly recommend them.

Terry was very knowledgeable, honest, and personable. He arrived on time, gave a detailed explanation of the repairs, and all the repairs were completed ahead of schedule. Terry went out of his way to help us before, during, and after the repairs. We are extremely happy with the quality of work and service provided, and will certainly be calling King Plumbing Heating & AC for any future needs we may encounter.

They were very good. I did not pay anything because it was under warranty. They are honest. When they have an opportunity to up sell me on a new air conditioning unit, they didn't. They told me that the one I had was fine and that was just being overly concerned. They were very fast and responsive on emergency situations.

Two men came, discussed options on how to do the job, gave an estimate, then did the work. Did a nice job.

Lane was so nice; he is Terry's brother. It was a quick job; about five minutes. He came out and was very wonderful. He came right on time. Then we went over the problem. I had accidentally flushed cleaning wipes down the toilette. He was really quick and knew what to do. He had it done in just a few minutes. Price was reasonable. He is pleasant and friendly.

The service men were fantastic, punctual, polite and very good with my hyper dogs. I was given a quote before the work was done and the work was completed for the quoted price. I will be using them again.

They were wonderful. I will use them again in a heartbeat. I had a leak that I was not sure whether in the wall or the hot water heater. They sent someone right away. Lane was very professional, personable and helpful. He helped me removed all the stuff from my storage room to access the hot water heater. He eliminated the hot water heater connection to make sure there wasn't a leak in the wall. Gave me an estimate after determining it was the hot water heater. He answered my questions and explained things to me. He always double checked to make sure everything worked and there was no water leaking into the house. When everything was done, he helped me put things back in my storage room. He was cautious about a guy that had stopped by my patio eyeing all the things sitting out. Would not leave me by myself until the guy left. He took a quick look at my garbage disposal to help me decide if I need to replace it. Thanks, Lane.

He was just wonderful! A very nice man; I sat and chit-chatted with him while he was working and we had a nice talk. He is very personable and friendly.

These folks previously handled AC servicing for us about a year ago, and were SO GOOD that we requested them by name ( Old Republic Home Warranty) when our compressor went out last week. Terry was kind enough to call back quickly and work with my wife in resolving the issue while I was traveling out of town. Great communication all along the way, and they managed to get the replacement part expedited so we where only minimally impacted. It was 110 degrees outside and with a pregnant wife and 17 month old, you can imagine how happy we were when everything was taken care of. These guys are great and I highly recommend them.

They were awesome, and they did a great job. They had to cut into the wall to get to the pipe. I would recommend them to others. Terry called to make sure that everything was going all right, and he actually came by to check on the job and he was really nice. The worker that did the job was very nice and a great guy.

Wow! Prompt, courteous, fast, clean, this was a fantastic experience. When your house floods on a Sunday, you have few choices, and I made the right one. The gentleman told me what time he would arrive and gave me tips of what to do to manage damage until he got there. He was right on time. He explained what he was doing but you could tell he shared my sense of urgency. He got everything taken care of so fast, cleaned up and I was very, very glad to write the check!!

Terry was referred to us by our home warranty plan so we only paid the service call fee. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He offered suggestions that improved the appearance of our toilet (not using calking around the toilet) and even offered to clean up the old calking. Terry completed the job very quickly and he ensured the area was clean before he left. Terry was friendly and personable and we didn't feel uncomfortable having him in our house. We were pleased with his work and demeanor and would gladly recommend him to anyone! We are grateful for having such a qualified and friendly professional helping us with our plumbing issues!
