 + -1 moreMy window was 2-4. I got a call and they asked if they could come sooner. I work at home so I was delighted. He arrived right when he said got right to work. I could tell he was doing a lot of little checks to make sure the overall system was working well, not just that the blower blew air.
Description of Work: My Trane water sourced heat pump stopped blowing air. I called at 8am and Luis arrived early at 1pm. He diagnosed a blown blower motor. He had a universal one on his truck and installed it right on the spot. He was pleasant and very careful not to make a mess. That says a lot as the whole unit had to be pulled out from the wall in order to get to the blower.

 + -1 moreI wanted a more expensive high efficiency unit with Puron. They tried to talk me out of the more expensive unit, but then got me a great price on the one I wanted. We then had a problem with the unit about a year later and they came out the next day and fixed it no charge.
Description of Work: I had an air conditioning unit with heat pump replaced.

 + -1 moreGREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH. THEY WORKED VERY HARD AND FAST, MAKING SURE THEY HAD THE UNITS WORKING IN THE SAME DAY THEY REMOVED THE OLD FURNACE IN OUR 100 DEGREE WEATHER.
Description of Work: INSTALLED 2 HEAT PUMPS, NEW AIR DUCTING IN KITCHEN AND BEDROOMS. REMOVED OLD FURNACE.
