JT CUSTOM PAINTING

Simply the best experience I've ever had with a contractor over the years, and I've used a lot of them.
We used JT Custom Painting to paint the interior of our home earlier this year and we so pleased we hired him again. Jeremy was very prompt in providing a bid unlike others we contacted. His two man crew spent the first day pressure washing the entire home. The second day they repaired, caulked, the taped off everything. The third day they did a wonderful job painting.
They did so much more than I expected and did it right the first time. After cleaning up and leaving you would never know they had been here except for how great the home now looks.

Jeremy was very prompt in providing an estimate unlike some others we contacted. A very reasonable bid and his obvious professionalism is why we selected him. He and a crew member did a wonderful job of cutting in and rolling twice. He supplied and used quality material and cleaned everything up before leaving the job. I think the thing that impressed us the most were phone calls letting know he was running a few minutes late on two occasions.

VERY WELL

We received a few estimates to paint the exterior of our house and the perimeter block wall. The house is a combination of stucco and wood and the block wall is stucco. We decided to use JT Custom Painting because their price was very reasonable and JT, Jeremy, is on the job with his crew. Jeremy called about 4 days before he was ready to start the job. He said he would be there on Tuesday and he was there. He took time to walk around our house and explain what he was going to do and how long it would take. Jeremy and his crew were very professional, did quality work and the work was completed on time.

Came out almost immediately after I called for a free estimate. We talked, we hit it off, and he was excellent in keeping his word and making sure that everything was done right. Thank you Jeremy!!

Contacted Jeremy on a Thursday and he was at the house on Saturday morning. Painted the room two colors (one on top and one on bottom) and we intend to install a chair rail ourselves. The job looks so great that we keep forgetting we need to put them in! Clean lines, clean edges, we are very happy with the job and would definitely use them again.

Recently (4 days ago) discovered we had a water leak in one of our hot water lines. To repair, the plumbers cut into the ceiling to reroute the water line. Called Jeremy and told him it was a small job. I thought the whole ceiling might have to be painted, and the quote he gave me was more than fair. The morning he came out, he looked at it and said he might not have to do the whole ceiling.
The room had been painted a year ago, and still looked good. So after he put on the initial coats, and let it dry a bit , we looked at it and it was enough. Even though it was a small job, Jeremy still took care to cover drapes and kept the area clean. I will definitely call him again for my next painting job.

Everything went great. The quality of the work was fine. After the work was completed it was a little difficult to get a hold of him for some follow up issues. They did a great job of cleaning up afterthemselves.

Jeremy returned my call immediately and came out the next day to give me a free estimate. After interviewing and getting estimates from four other painting firms, I decided on JT Custom Painting. His estimate was not the cheapest, but he was, and IS, the best! It was great working with him because he is dependable, honest, hard-working, reachable and a true professional. I could always count on him.

Jeremy developed a quote quickly and keep to the quote throughout the job. Jeremy did most of the work himself, however some was done by an assistant under his supervision. It was completed on time and the quality was superb. He returned a week after completing the work and did touchups as part of the quote. We did not have to ask.He used drop clothes and taping to ensure a clean job. He cleaned up every day and left the house just as clean as he found it. All the edges where the new paint met the original was straight and clean. He was very professional and we hired him back for more work.

They used the highest quality Dunn Edwards paint there is. One person did the job and he was very neat and cleaned up really well after himself. I only had to wait 2 days to get my appointment and it only took 1 day to complete the job.

THESE GUYS ARE TERRIFIC! THEY DID THREE FANTASTIC THINGS. THEY SMOOTHED MY POPCORN CEILINGS, AND THEN GAVE THEM A THIN "SKINCOAT" LAYER OF PLASTER BEFORE TWO LAYERS OF PRIMER, AND TWO LAYERS OF PAINT. THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB OF TURNING MY OLD, DREARY KITCHEN CABINETS INTO A NEW LOOK, SANDING THEM THEN SPRAYING PRIMER PLUS TWO COATS OF HIGH GLOSS WHITE, AND THEY PAINTED THE ENTIRE INTERIOR OF MY 1600 SQ.FT. HOME WITH GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL. PLUS ALL PAINT WAS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. THE CREW HEAD MAN WAS JORGE, WHO WAS BOTH PERSONAL, AND PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS THE BEST. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. THEY WORK ALL AROUND THE SAN FERNANDO VALLEY, AND BEYOND.
