JOSE VENEGAS LANDSCAPING

This job must not have been a priority from the get-go. It took several days for Jose to schedule me in, and after finishing the landscaping work (satisfactorily), he did the tile inside. That's when the real problems began. After cutting the carpeted area to be replaced with the tile, it turned out Jose & crew did not have the tools or expertise to tack down the new carpet edge. He claimed his nephew would come by and finish it off, but that never happened. When some accent tiles ran out, and he said he'd come back the next day to lay the remainder (which I had purchased), that never happened either. (Unfortunately, since he had already done the bulk of the work, I had already paid him. My mistake - don't make it yours!)

He is a very hard worker. He is very reliable and shows up on time. He listens to any suggestions or questions that I have and accommodates any extra work without a problem. The lawn looks good under his care.
