+ -1 moreI painted my walls, repaired my ceiling, and replaced the rug, and here comes the water down the wall again. The ceiling bubbled up. I called them, and they said it wasn't the unit they were working on and kept making excuses. They wouldn't do anything about all the damages when I called them.
Description of Work: They came out and leveled up the drip pan so the water could go down the drain.

Description of Work: I HAD BEEN THROUGH AT LEAST 2 AIR CONDITIONING COMPANIES. I HAD A BOTCHED SERVICE WITH ANOTHER COMPANY FOR WHICH THEY FAILED TO HOOK UP THE CONDENSATE PUMP CORRECTLY AND FLOODED MY HOUSE AND WOOD FLOORS. THE OLD COMPANY TOOK EVERYTHING OUT AND IN CAME JOHNSON(ALEX). HE SPENT MORE TIME EVALUATING THE UNIT PROBLEM THAT THE OLD COMPANY HAD INSTALLED. THEY MEASURED DUCTS AND TRULY SPENT TIME EVALUATING THE PROBLEM WITH A HEAT PUMP AND AC UNIT. ALEX OVERSAW THE JOB AND WORKED THE JOB. SOMETIMES WHO YOU SEE THAT GIVES THE ESTIMATE IS NOT THE ONE WHO DOES THE WORK. I LIVE IN A 1948 HOUSE IN DOWNTOWN PHOENIX WHICH CREATES SOMETIMES A FEW OBSTACLES WITH DUCTS AND VENTING. I HAD A AMERICAN STANDARD FURNACE AND AC UNIT INSTALLED. WE ARE COOL AND HAPPY NOW AND THEY HAVE BEEN SERVING MY HOME SINCE THEN.

+ -1 moreMY TENANT CAME HOME ON A SUNDAY WITH NO A/C. THEY CAME OUT WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. I ALSO HAVE HAD THEM OUT TO MY PERSONAL HOME. THEY FOUND AND FIXED THE PROBLEM IN NO TIME. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

+ -1 moreEXPERIENCED WORKMAN EXAMINED AC UNIT AND AFTER ATTEMPTING REPAIR, RECOMMENDED REPLACEMENT, WHICH AGREED WITH MY EVALUATION. WORKMAN WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT SIZE TO REPLACE WITH AND LATEST SPECIFICATIONS ON AIR CONDITIONERS. TOOK A LITTLE OVER A WEEK TO GET A NEW AC UNIT, BUT IT WAS INSTALLED QUICKLY AND OLD ONE TAKEN AWAY. PRICE WAS EXCELLENT, MUCH BETTER THAN OTHER QUOTES.
Description of Work: ATTEMPTED TO SERVICE AC BUT ENDED UP REPLACING WITH NEW UNIT.

+ -1 moreCOMPANY WAS VERY RESPONSIVE, SCHEDULING A TECHNICIAN TO COME TO MY HOUSE WITHIN 2 HOURS. TECHNICIAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CONSCIOUS OF KEEPING AREA CLEAN AND FREE OF FIBERGLASS INSULATION. WARNED ME TO MONITOR FIRST FIX IN CASE PROBLEM PERSISTED. AFTER A FEW DAYS, PROBLEM RECURRED. AGAIN TECHNICIAN WAS SCHEDULED FOR SAME DAY, AND ARRIVED ON TIME. TECHNICIAN WAS ABLE TO BETTER DIAGNOSE AND CORRECT PROBLEM COMPLETELY THIS TIME, WITH NO CHARGE OVER ORIGINAL PRICE.
Description of Work: REPAIRED AIR HANDLER IN ATTIC THAT WAS LEAKING WATER ONTO CEILING.
