+ -1 moreINITIAL VISIT AND WORK WENT WELL. WHEN FURTHER WORK WAS DESIRED, WE GOT NO WHERE WITH THIS COMPANY. TOOK TIME OFF WORK TO WAIT FOR 2 SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS AND NO ONE CAME OR CALLED TO EXPLAIN THE MISSED APPOINTMENTS. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Description of Work: INITIAL VISIT FOR GARAGE DOOR TUNE UP AND REPLACEMENT OF SEVERAL PARTS. OFFERED TO COME BACK TO INSTALL INSULATION, BUT FAILED TO COME TO TWO SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS FOR THIS.

+ -1 moreTHEY RESPONDED QUICKLY IN AN URGENT SITUATION. THEY WORKED EFFICIENTLY AND WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND POLITE. THE WORK WAS EXPLAINED WELL AND THEY WERE NOT PUSHY ABOUT DOING ANY MORE THAN WAS NECESSARY. THEY ALSO GUARANTEE THEIR WORK.
Description of Work: OUR DOUBLE GARAGE DOOR CAME OFF THE TRACK AND BECAME NON-OPERATIONAL. THEY REPAIRED AND REINFORCED IT.
