+ -1 moreThey are local. I was very happy with their response. They were receptive in coming out and looking at it. We had another local guy come out and tell us that it would cost $4500.00 to have the whole thing replaced. He didn't say anything about getting a replacement fan. Ike's came out and said all we needed to do was replace the fan. We replaced the fan and it is working fine. I was very satisfied with them and how informative they were. They took the time to explain to us exactly how it worked and what needed to be done. They also suggested that we talk to the insurance company. They couldn't comb out something on the fan because the hail had damaged some of it so they suggested we talk with the insurance company about coming out and looking at the coils.
Description of Work: Ike's Mechanical Air came out about 3 weeks ago and changed the fan on our A/C.
