Punctual. Clean. Determined what cartrages he needed. Replaced hose bib. Then he had to go get the cartrages. Returned with cartrages and replaced them. Then he replaced the undersink valve and tubing. He cleaned up everything before he left.

The main problem was that during the first visit as he didn't have the right material to be replace, he ask me to return, I agree, and if I will aprove the costs, and he gave me the idea that the cost will be around $ 300.00, and for my surprise after fixed everything he show me a bill of 39.99 throught angielist plus 474.30 USD, as a total of 514.29 USD. This is not a fair way to work, since as I gave to him my phone number He could before buy the parts call me to tell me if I will approve or not this value.

The plumber was out here for 45 minutes. His charges were 70 plus the Angie's fee of 40.00 There were no parts that he replaced and I think, that 110.00 for 45 minutes was a little too expensive

Issac and Issac came in my house, looked at my slow running drain and told me it would cost $150 to unclog the drain. $150 plus the $39 already paid to Angie's List for a slow drain? The older Issac was rude and just kept coming up with excuses as to why he couldn't do anything unless I paid him $150. There have been other plumbing companies who have offered this deal and came and unclogged my drain and then politely asked if there was anything else they could do for me. Please check my reviews and contact one of the other plumbing companies. I RUN PLUMBING SERVICES will do nothing but take your money and run!!!!!!!!!

I was having this new toilet installed as a surprise for my husband. I Run Plumbing staff coordinated with me to come during a 2 hour window that I could be sure he was out of the house. Did a great job with toilet and new piping...far inside the 2 hour time frame. Very happy with the product and service...Husband (who had been complaining loudly about the old toilet), didn't notice it for days and days!!!!

They did a great job. The replacement was smaller than the old, but when they were finished you couldn't even see where the old outline would have been. They cleaned everything up. Very professional

Fantastic! We had backed up lines and needed a plumber to come out today. Isaac was there within 2 hours and he cleared the line and everything is draining!

Isaac Rodriguez, the owner, presents himself very well. He's honest, courteous, responsible and does a thorough job cleaning up after the job is done. First, he gave us a free estimate. He called to confirm the appointment date to make sure we would be available. He also called the day of the appointment to confirm his time of arrival. We were thoroughly satisfied with the entire experience and would not only hire him again, but highly recommend him to anyone in need of any kind of plumbing services.

Overall, I would hire them again.

Had a smell from bathroom. Isaac found that wax ring had failed on toilet. He replaced wax ring and toilet leaking valve. All is great now. No more problems.
