+ 1 moreThe owner of the company does much of the work, but there are other employees as well, they have all been very polite and professional. The owner arrived right on time to do the furnace inspection, and took the time to answer all of the questions we had about our heating system. We have had plumbing problems (a broken water line in the crawlspace), a water heater that died, and a furnace inspection done using this company. They are easy to work with, good with punctuality, and their price is usually among the lowest quotes. They go above and beyond the necessary repairs and make sure that you are happy with their work, at the time of service and after. We have been very pleased with this company.
Description of Work: The most recent work they have done for us was a complete furnace inspection back in October.

+ -1 moreThe project went very well. The two service men were very friendly and polite. They appraised the situation and started work promptly. At one point they discovered the job would entail replacing more cast iron piping than had been anticipated, but they handled the situation and completed the entire project for only $13 more than the original estimate.
Description of Work: Home Maintenance Plus was hired to replace the cast iron pipe running from our upstairs bathroom, through the wall, and along our basement ceiling to the connection with our sewer line with PVC pipe.
