+ -1 moreTHE HI FI INSTALLERS WERE 30 MINUTES LATE AND DIDN'T CALL TO ALERT US. WHEN THEY ARRIVED THEY GOT RIGHT TO WORK AND FINISHED THE JOB RELATIVELY QUICKLY. THEY DID AN AVERAGE CLEANUP (DRILLING HOLES IN CEILING AND NOT CLEANING RESIDUE ON FLOOR). THEY WERE POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEIR PRICING SEEMED VERY REASONABLE.
Description of Work: HI FI SALES INSTALLED REAR SURROUND SPEAKERS IN AN UPSTAIRS FAMILY ROOM AND SET UP A STEREO COMPONENT SYSTEM THAT INCLUDED SATELLITE TV, 2 KARAOKE UNITS AND KARAOKE MICROPHONES, AND A CD PLAYER.

WE HAD A QUESTION ABOUT A STEREO PIECE PURCHASED FROM HIM SEVERAL YEARS AGO AND HE RETURNED THE CALL PROMPTLY AND PROVIDED US WITH THE NECESSARY INFORMATION TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO USE IT WITH ANOTHER SYSTEM. ALWAYS A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH HI FI.

+ -1 moreCAME TO INSTALL THE SPEAKERS, KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. HAD THE TOOLS HE NEEDED. JOB TOOK 2 HOURS BECAUSE OF CABLE THAT HAD TO BE RUN.
