Fine. He did a good job. FYI your categories don't include what the provider did (at least I couldn't figure it out). He repaired our broken wooden blind. Since I had to choose one I did so.

Great! Greg was easy to reach by phone. We scheduled the appointment, Greg asked me some questions and gave me a price quote. On the day of our appointment Greg showed up, took my blinds down, brought them outside to his truck, fixed them and and came back inside and reinstalled them. So nice to have an "on site" repair!

Greg is nothing short of awesome - really! He was punctual, respectful and most of all seriously knows his craft. I will always and forever use Greg and I am pretty darned picky. You cannot go wrong using Greg. I bought a house with blinds that had never been cleaned and were not taken care of. Greg made them brand new. Don't hesitate, just call him.

Greg, came to our home, removed all blinds, ultrasonically cleaned all of them; Shortened all blind cords so we no longer have the cords tied up on each blind hanging down; and he repaired one tilt mechanism that was inoperable on one blind! Then he came back to reinstall all the blinds about a week later to fit my schedule. (could have been done earlier in 3-4 days) If you're tired of looking at dusty blinds or can't get them thoroughly cleaned in and around the veritcal cords get them ultrasonically cleaned! He picked up my blinds and fixed them and then brought them back. The fact to replace a single wood blind for my house is $300, he did six. They needed to be re-strung and cleaned and he put new toggles on. They are not like brand new because some of the paint is worn off. He is not painting them but he is basically extending the life of your wood blind. Originally he couldn't open them, the mechanism was broken.

Excellent! Answered the phone himself and scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. Arrived within the agreed-upon time range and was extremely professional. He has a mobile unit so blinds are taken down and repaired in his truck on-site. Window coverings were fixed in no time and look brand new. Very happy with his work and would highly recommend Greg's Blind Repair.
