Termite service, they were on time, professional, and courteous. No complaints. Would hire again.

The GMPC technician, Brad Humphrey, walked out after only minutes on the job and sat in his truck for over an hour, refusing to perform a scheduled termite treatment while I waited. What should have taken one hour, went from 10AM~1:30PM which included all the theatrics by Humphrey and finally the termite treatment. Humphrey claimed to “not like my attitude” in the 1st few minutes after we met. He asked me numerous times if “I” knew where the termites were, each time I explained I was the Realtor; not the owner, who had a death in the family and could not be present. Apparently I did not supply the correct answer for Humphrey, so he accused me of having a bad attitude and walked away to only sit in his truck until management made him do his job. I even called a male neighbor I’ve known for months over to speak with Humphrey to encourage him to do his job and attempt to convince Humphrey I was not a rude person. The neighbor stayed with me for protection, his idea. This behavior of Humphrey’s was simply unwarranted. I’ve been a real estate professional over 30 years and have never experienced such unprofessional behavior. When Mr. Humphrey FINALLY decided to do the termite treatment, I was asked prior, by manager, Kammy, to stay away from Humphrey, preferably in my vehicle, while he treated the vacant home. GMPC had already performed an inspection weeks prior with the home owner. The salesman/inspector was kind and professional same as Allie, the receptionist. Wish I could say the same for the Manager, Kammy and technician, Brad Humphrey. If time was not “of the essence”, we would have happily, without hesitation, cancelled the service entirely. Beware! Something is just not right here.

Gentleman was very knowledgeable, professional and nice. Did what he said he would and even sprayed my attic. I will be getting them to spray quarterly. Very satisfied.

We have not started the service yet. But, the free termite inspection was thorough and the technician gave us excellent advice regarding termite control. We agreed to begin a general pest control service next month.

The owner was horrible to deal with and refused to refund my money for a service that wasn’t provided in an adequate time and at the end of the day served no purpose as their services did nothing to solve the rodent problem I had and the guy even confirmed that when he picked up the traps from my place and they were all empty. It also took constant follow up from myself before he talked to me finally, only to tell me that I misunderstood and that he had my name in writing on the paper, he made sure I knew that. Regardless not coming to an agreement there he wasted my time with condescending questions to compare the situation to whatever, that had no purpose or value to the conversation. Again I had to call back about this I’d say 5 times over 2-3 weeks to be able to speak to him as I sit there listening to waiting music about how they have the best customer service out there, meanwhile the owner doesn’t practice what he preaches. Really didn’t like that aspect of this business and feel like all the guy cared about was that I signed his document. All the other staff was friendly for sure, but I even got confirmation when they picked up the traps that none of them went off and basically I did indeed waste $250 for nothing. Above all would not want to contribute to anything affiliated with the owners business again.

Love this company! We had them come out for a termite inspection and quote and they returned a day later for the treatment. They're friendly, knowledgable, and do a great job. We will hire them again for pest control services and definitely recommend them to others.

Jamily was our pest control specialist today. 9/12/2022 Jamily was very personal and fast. Jamily sprayed outside and inside as requested good job Jamily.

These guys take their job seriously. They did the most thorough job I've ever seen done, and that is just the beginning. We scheduled a years worth of their services so they will be making sure all the creepy crawlies are taken care of (as in dead and gone). I'm so glad I used Angi's list to find the right people for the job. I am very pleased.

The technicians who showed up, were a father and son, and I apologize for not remembering their names! They were so pleasant and friendly! We went over what was to be done and how. They asked a lot of considerate questions regarding my wishes and the safety of the animals at my home. They were done in half the time expected. And!!!, because it didn't take as long it didn't cost as much. And they were so honest and polite and left a wonderful impression not only for them but for the company.

Great. Showed up when he said and informed me of everything he was going to do. Was very knowledgeable.

Brad was outstanding to work with. Thorough and straight-forward in completing the task at-hand. Was very responsive to my questions and maintained great rapport throughout the service provided. Initial consultation was done through Cory and Dallas. They were both knowledgeable and forthright in answering my questions. From my vantage point, the whole team made for a happy customer. Thanks!

It is a work in progress. We are midway thru the treatments and there is significantly less holes and destruction of our property. Cody is a pleasant and hard working representative.

I absolutely love Green Machine Pest Control, they are my favorite. These little critters start running when they see the Green Machine technicians coming, they don’t have a chance. Having a bug free yard and home really puts my mind at ease. I have used a lot of companies in the past but this family owned and operated company is top notch. We saw Green Machine pest control on Angie's list and liked their reviews. They came out the very next day after I called and recommended a termite control be added as a scheduled service. We agreed and their treatment was started immediately. The Gopher control is on-going and we'll see if there is a reduction in numbers. Our property seems to attract them. I get reminders of their service appointments in my email and that's really convenient. Yes, I would contract them again.
