Daryl and his team do a great job for us and they are very reliable. They do excellent work on both larger projects and smaller ones. We highly recommend them.

Excellent to work with. Gave an estimate quickly. The owner came to give the estimate. Easy to get in touch with. We changed the project after he started, and he followed through well. He came over to review the work after it was done. There were a few items that needed to be finished and he had those done as promised. He did plant some annuals where we had discussed planting a different plant, but that plant was not available at the time of year the work was done. He promised to come back in the spring and replant these: I suspect he will follow through without a problem.

Now that it is a year later, all the plants have settled. It looks fabulous. He went from a design I made and in areas I didn't like, he was quick to rip it out and redo it. I went from a barren, .25 acre wasteland to a park-like yard. I get compliments all the time and really enjoy spending as much time possible in it. My kids are able to ride the path on their bikes. I've added some bird feeders. I just love it!

We called this company because of the number of positive recommendations on Angie's List and we were very dissapointed that they would not even call us back to say they could not do the work, or that they did not want to do the work.When we met with Darryl to discuss the job he was very pleasant and seemed to be very forthright in telling us he couldn't work in our area for less than a $350.00 minimum charge. When we showed Darryl we had $350.00 woth of work and were willing to pay it he agreed to bring his crew in and do the job and would get us on th schedule "soon". Unfortunatly, "soon" never came and we were back to looking for another company to do the work.

I looked at other work Green and Trim had done online and knew they were experts. In addition, Darryl Brown gave me an immediate confidence that he was capable and I really liked his soft-sell approach. No pressure. His motto is true -- the customer is number one. I always felt it throughout the project. And the end result was perfect. In fact, it was so much better than I anticipated. The construction crew was friendly, polite, and very hard working. They were courteous to answer any questions asked. The project was started and finished right on schedule. We are delighted with the new patio and the facelift done to the existing patio. Great job! A+ recommendation.

i can't say enough positive things about Daryl. we were on a tight budget so wasn't able to do all the things that I had originally dreamed about. But Daryl came back and kept tweeking the quotes until we were able to come up with a plan that was both attractive visually and to the pocketbook. I really appreciated his patience with me adding and removing things. he was curtious, on time and professional . He was easy to talk to. His prices were reasonable- mid range of the 3 quotes I got. His team were hardworkers and extremely polite. As soon as we save some moremoney we will hire Daryl again to do the front yard. I will also refer him to any of my real esate clients looking for landscape transformations!

Daryl was very easy to work with and very punctual. He was also very patient with us as we were a little indecisive yet picky. He and his team did great work and we would definitely use them again!

Daryl and his crew have been doing these services for me for a few years now. They do these services for me on a semi-annual basis. They do such a good job that I don't really have to worry about yard care at all. They are caring, efficient, and prompt. Usually within a week of calling, the job has been done. Anytime I call, Daryl answers the phone personally. I rarely have to leave a message.

Daryl came out to look at the job and was very professional and friendly. I have a three and four year old and he was very patient and playful with them. I had a "sketch" of what I wanted done in the backyard and Daryl asked questions to make sure he understood what I was looking for and then offered suggestions that really gave me the look I had pictured in my head. He sent a quote and we went back and forth with my changes. He was patient and responded quickly. Based on both the quote we received and the extremely positive interactions with Daryl, we decided to hire Green and Trim Landscaping. The work was completed in 3 days (2 1/2 days and 1 full day). Daryl's crew was polite and worked very hard. Both the kids and I were so excited to see the work progress. We used rock from the backyard to replenish the front yard. Dead bushes were pulled out of the front yard, and the back yard was completely redone. I am absolutely thrilled with the results in both the front and back yard. The kids love the grass and I love the lack of dust! I would absolutely hire Daryl and Green and Trim Landscaping again if the need arises!

They were the best. Daryl and his crew were quick, pleasant, and very willing to please. I will use them again for our front yard and on time.

I contacted Daryl and several other companies to come by for an estimate as well as to see their ideas for what to do with my backyard. My backyard was 100% gravel and I knew that I wanted some "green" in tere somewhere. Daryl took the time to try to visualize what would look the best as well as what would be the easiest to maintain. From the start Daryl separated himself from all other with his politeness and "can-do" attitude - I really felt like I wasthe most important client that he had - even though I'm sure I'm one of MANY!!! Daryl estimated that it would take 1 3/4 days to complete the job - I was thinking it would take 3-4 days but that was before I got to witness first hand how hard his people work! They showed up ontime - actually a little early - and worked non-stop for almost two straight days. The yard turned out great - and I'm told it will look even better as the sod grows into th soil. The lighting and the pavers really made a difference!!! My wife and I are really looking forward to sitting outside during the evenings and enjoying our new backyard!!! We have even asked Daryl for addtiona quotes for additional pavers, redesigned firepit and re-working our outdoor BBQ area. I am very satified with there work and would reccommend them anyone!

We called Green & Trim based on their positive Angie's List reviews to get a quote on a landscape remodeling project. We had some general ideas of what we wanted to have done. Daryl responded promptly to my initial call, showed up at the agreed time for an estimate, and was able to give us some good ideas to improve the overall look of our yard. His quote was very reasonable for the amount of work that we had done, and his crew was very friendly and professional. They did a great job, and we're very pleased with the results!

We love the job Daryl and his crew did for us. We had him replace the sprinkler valves in our front yard, replace a tree in our front yard and also replace some overgrown bushes and hedges to fix the look in our front yard. Everything went very well and we are pleased with the end results. Daryl is great to work with, very friendly and down-to-earth. We would use them again and would be happy to recommend them to others.

Daryl came out and surveyed the work to be done. Within 48 hours, I had a quote which came in where I wanted it (keep in mind, I purchased the materials ahead of time). The quote came in at 1900 which was what I was looking for (3 other companies had given me much higher quotes). I told him let's rock and roll, he said can you be ready by Monday 4/23/12 (keep in mind, I had none of the materials yet and this was 7 days away). I said sure, was able to get all materials by Saturday. On Monday, they showed up at the time of 7 which was agreed on. In one day, they had all of the plants in, the dirt spread, gravel spread, sod laid and the fountain installed. Within 24 hours, my back yard was completely transformed into what I wanted it to be. I did have a slight leak on the supply line to the auto fill which I noticed about 72 hours later. I emailed Daryl, he called me back and came out 24 hours later and fixed it. Very pleased with the service, the job, the speed and the accuracy. It is nice to be able to rely on someone to do what they are asked to do. Highly recommend them!

Found them in angies list. Daryl, the owner, was very prompt in getting back to me. He walked property with me and gave me an estimate for monthly work and tree trimming. The estimates were significantly below what i have paid in the past. For tree trimming he charged $300 and i have 6 large trees. I was a bit surprised by his price. His price for monthly trim and clean up was $100. Again i was quite surprised. We scheduled the work and the team came out and did a very good job. Since then for the monthly maintenance work - it has been ok, not great, not terrible - but ok. The one concern i have is that now it is hard to reach Daryl. I have left calls and he does not return them in a timely fashion - the work is still going ok but i am concerned about the lack of communication. With a new vendor like this i want to talk about what i like and dont like so that going forward our expectations are the same. This has been hard with this company. Bottom line the work is still going on - not exactly what i want but not bad and the price is good.

I actually liked them and I would have liked them to continue but they had some constraints; they said that they couldn’t get enough customers in this area to allow them to give me the service at a competitive rate, so they apologized and said they would rather not do it. It took them a few days to respond to my call. In general, I was satisfied with their work. They were efficient. They would come in with a crew of four or five people and then would be gone in half an hour with everything cleaned up. I think their price was very competitive.

We moved into a temporary rental while relocating and waiting for our house to be ready. We had a one time lawn service to remove weeds and Darryl also told us about a treatment that could be used so we would not need any additional service while at the rental. His team was prompt and professional.

We used Green and Trim in the past, to re-do our front yard, and when it came time to re-do our back yard, we thought of him first. We did get three bids, but Green and Trim had the most attractive total package. Daryl was extremely responsive, understood our ideas and plans, and got back to us rapidly with a bid, which we ended up accepting. His team started work on a Monday, and finished mid-day on Wednesday, completely transforming our sad back yard into a truly lovely space, with the work turning out exactly as I pictured it. They ripped out the overgrown weeds, ground down two palm-tree stumps, laid a new paver patio extension, installed a paver border, installed new decomposed granite around the existing trees, levelled the yard, repaired the sprinkler system and ran new drip lines, and laid approximately 1,000 square feet of sod, completely transforming our space. I have never been so delighted with a job as I was with the work done in our yard.

We had a backlog of things that needed to be done in the yard and not a lot of free time to deal with these things. So, the yard suffered from a bit of neglect. Finally we got a nastygram from our HOA suggesting we needed to trim back our overgrown sages. Using Angie's List, I found Daryl. Daryl came out within a couple of days of us contacting him to scope out the job. A couple of days later Daryl emailed me an itemized estimate. At first I thought it was steep, but in looking through all the items it dawned on me how much we were really asking Daryl and his crew to take care of and the price seems in line with the level of effort. Daryl was able to get us scheduled earlier than we'd initially thought, which was good since we were staring down the barrel of our HOA's deadline for getting the work done. Daryl's team was hard working and fast. They did a great job cleaning up the yard. The plants look a little sparse right now, but that's exactly what they needed : to be completely reinvigorated. Daryl's foreman was courteous and pleasant to work with. We just had one suggestion for him (to cut the sages back even further) and he and his crew followed through. Thanks for the great work guys!

We have had Green and Trim Landscape work for us in the past, and they always did a great job. This time Daryl came out promptly when I had a leak in my drip system. The problem was fixed in less than ten minutes. I would highly recommend Green and Trim for your landscaping!

called Daryl first week of Feb 14 left the message. Daryl called back within the same day, and an estimate appointment was scheduled. The quote was emailed to me two days after he came out to my house to do the estimate. Daryl was pretty good at replying email, usually within a day i got answer from him. He also give out good recommendation on many aspect of the projects. Couple of those advises saved me money. 7 man crew came to my house to do the project, they are courteous and professional. Daryl arrive in the last hour to check on the work. overall it's an excellent firm.

Darryl, the owner was professional and courteous every step of the way. He communicated with us regrading any question or problem. The company worked hard to fulfill all aspects of the job. The pavers were extremely well done and we were pleased with all aspects of the job.

It went well; removed trees and planted new ones. Did a yard cleanup.
