Description of Work: Installed a custom designed garden using pavers and landscape rock. Extensive work, accurate design & the highlight of my yard.

Description of Work: Had the backyard done with installing pavers, extending patio, adding rock and moving sprinklers. There was some miscommunication but we were able to quickly work it out with Daryl. He was very good at trying to make us happy with all that we were doing. Anytime a problem or issue arose, it was quickly solved. I am so glad that we were able to fix our walkway from the patio to the side yard with the best resolution! It ended up being so much better with Daryl's recommendation. Solid work, great company and great guy. Thanks Daryl!

Description of Work: Complete re-landscapeing of front yard.

Description of Work: They removed everything from my yard-two fruit trees and several large cacti. |They then worked with me to design the yard using some artificial turf and a variety of desert plants. We added extra gravel to the areas not having turf. |The result is beautiful. I've had many compliments. |They have been back to replace a few plants that died at no charge. |

Description of Work: Green and Trim planted some new plants, fertilized all plants, added mulch to all plant/tree growth areas. They were on punctual, worked well, and finished the job within a 2-hour time frame. The owner was with the crew and supervised in addition to working.

Description of Work: I made an appointment for Friday to come out and give me a price did not show about an hour later they called and informed me they lost track of time I was told. Came out on Saturday and wrote down what I want but did not take any measurements for sod. Told me they would have a bid for me that weekend here it is Tuesday never heard from them. This to me was very unprofessional if they did not want to do the job just tell me. Very unhappy customer

Description of Work: I contacted Green and Trim Landscape to remove a cactus that was leaning against a block fence, and remove a grapefruit that my renters had killed from neglect. It took some time to get on the schedule, but the work was done professionally and with no issues. I would definitely use their services again [and in fact, I asked for quotes on future landscaping work at the property.]

Description of Work: Re moved grass in front and back and replaced with zeriscape. Design was very good. Daryl was very patient while I made up my mind and made changes. The work was done as promised and they came back to rework a couple things that needed attention without a problem.

Description of Work: Daryl and his crew supplemented landscaping to my 32year old home. They planted shubs and repaired and installed new irrigation feeder lines to my drip irrigation system which needed upgrades. They also installed a timer system which I never had for my home (did manual valve irrigation and grass sprinklers). They explained to me how the timer works in a clear and concise manner. A few days later, I found 2major leaks under my concrete patio and in my gravel driveway. This was not noticed because I had my irrigation system to these locations shut down for a few months now. It took a while for the lines to soak the ground before this problem was noticed. I tried to figure out what was wrong but was not able to determine problem area and an easy solution, and therefore called Daryl. Daryl came over the same day and with his expertise, determined the problem and the solution. He fixed the problem with a smile !!!!. His crew knew what to do without Daryl always around when they were doing the work. Great job.....

Description of Work: Called on Monday to ask about palm tree and ficus trimming, it is now Thursday and I still not heard back from them. Obviously does not want my business.

Description of Work: This is a follow up to work that Green and Trim did for us two years ago. We reported on the original work done on November 22, 2009. Part of the original work was to add artificial turf to about 250 square feet in the back yard. We began to experience issues with the turf about 8 months after installation. We noticed that the blades of the the turf were beginning to curl over. At first we thought that there was not enough infill sand and and we added a small amount to test an area. This did not seem to correct the problem and in fact it only got worse. We finally contacted Daryl late this summer and had him come to our home and examine the problem. Daryl was very responsive and said he would take care of the problem and contacted the supplier about getting a credit to replace the turf. While we did not recover all our cost we did obtain a much better product and a very reasonable price and Daryl's company reinstalled the turf at no cost to us. We are very satisfied with the work done and we believe that the true test of any contractor is how well they stand by the work done even after two years.

Description of Work: I called to set up an estimate and they said they would be at my home between 10 and 11am. I waited until 12pm no one showed up or called. They blew me off and they were aware that I was coming to meet them on my lunch break.
