Description of Work: Replaced my roof; however the tile was reused and 90% of it was reusable. There were two leaks and the cost of repairing them was half or more than doing the whole roof which had not been touched since the house was built in 1986 so I thought it was money well spent to go ahead and do the whole roof. As far as I can tell, everything was done according to what I was told. The guarantee was for a longer term than the other bidders.

Description of Work: German Roofing fixed a leak in my roof. They found some other problems and repaired those as well.

Description of Work: The only concern that I had about German Roofing was the payment method. I had an option to pay by credit card which I would have preferred. However, when I called the number to pay by credit card I learned that the person on the line was in Mexico. I sent a check instead. I will not be able to judge the quality of the work until we have a very heavy rain.

Description of Work: we needed an estimate IF our tile roof was leaking instead of it being our patio roof, they found no leaks. Very professional, on time, if we had to replace our tile roof, we would definitely call them again.

Description of Work: I had an appointment and they did NOT show up. No phone call saying that they were running late. I called to ask where they were and got their voicemail. I write this comment 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment.

Description of Work: they repaired leaks and covered my roof with roll on material . Sorry I dont know the technical terms. But the roof looks great and there are no leaks. They also warranty their work two years.

Description of Work: Re-shingled south face of roof. | |Roof was installed well and quickly, but the crew missed some shingles that had blown off in the storm, which were stacked next to where they parked the trailer with which they were hauling away the old shingles.

Description of Work: I had a full roof replacement. The proposal included any plywood that needed to be replaced, new turbines and replacement of all T-top vents. The work was completed in 6 days. I am very satisfied with the results. |

Description of Work: called first day they were supposed to start said got behind on another job so would start next am did'nt show until 1230pm. Once work was started did very professional job and kept work area clean. Had some rain issues so did take a bit of extra time but overall very happy with the finished product.

Description of Work: German Roofing inspected my tile roof for leaks, damage and loose or broken tiles. The inspection confirmed my initial issue about a leak above my garage and another likely place for the roof to leak later on. He also found several loose and broken tiles. | |Miguel, the owner, did the inspection and provided pictures for my review. He covered with me the areas that needed attention and what would be required to repair and "tune-up" the rest of the roof. He provided a detailed written quote within a few days. I had several bids, but his seemed to be the most comprehensive and we went with him and set a date for repairs. | |The roofer showed up as expected on the date and on time. He worked all day, found the trouble spots and repaired them. He replaced the tiles as discussed and reset loose tiles. He worked cleanly and left no mess. | |Miguel came by that afternoon for an inspection, he noticed a couple of more things that needed attention and he sent the roofer back the next day to take care of the few things. Miguel did a final inspection the following day and we agreed all had been done as promised. | |It hasn't rained yet, so I don't know about any leaks, but Miguel told me to call if there were any issues and he would take care of them. | |I will probably call German Roofing for an inspection on an annual basis to see if I can get my 20 year old roof to last a few more years.

Description of Work: They cleaned, fixed and resprayed my foam roof. They were very good. My only feedback is the 2 guys wo did the job only spoke Spanish which I do not speak. I wanted to inquire about them spraying the metal roof over my golf shed but they did not understand me. I called the office at about 0900 am to ask them but no one called me back till the next day. By then the roofers were gone. If I had talked to someone the day before the guys could have used the spray machine and sprayed the metal roof. It was too expensie to bring the machine back so I paid 300.00 for them to paint the metal roof by hand. Unfortunate. They workers did leave some foam on the front of the house but Manuel came and said they would clean that up for me. Over all the service was very good.

Description of Work: They came by and gave us a easement for our roof. They sent someone over to do the estimate that caused a language barrier because we did not understand them to feel comfortable going with them.

Description of Work: Patched a roof leak. Had a small leak with the next rain |Storm, they came right out and took care of it. Great service!
