They were professional. They did the services in the time that they had stated. They were quick to answer questions. I really liked that they sent an Inspector to make sure that their employees did the work right. TO Angie List: What does the question mean "Was money paid or were services performed?" If you had services done, wouldn't you have to pay?

German Roofing was the last company I talked too after getting 3 different quotes. The work I needed completed was replacing around 15 broken tiles, replacing some mortar at certain joints, and installing storm collars. They were not the lowest cost but by far not the highest. I chose them because they did all the little things correctly. Showed up on time, written quote, had a matter of fact conversation to determine what needed to be completed. Also, they worked with my crazy schedule. The work they did was quality and I would use them again.

The whole experience was great. They were professional and completed the work to my liking with great speed.

The entire process went very smoothly. Initially, German Roofing was extremely helpful temporarily repairing and existing leak. Their estimate for the entire jot was not the lowest, but it may have been the lowest for a quality job which I was able to research. A few weeks later, actual roof replacement took several days and went very well. Not one single unpleasant surprise. I do not remember seeing a crew work so hard. Also, the office staff was very professional and courteous. I can assure anyone reading this that German Roofing will be an excellent choice

Service was as promised and agreed on. The guys were thorough. They took the time to clean up and notified me when they were done. What really impressed me was Manuel (owner) took the time to inspect the job after it was done. This shows me he takes pride, and is honest worthy.

They were very quick to get me on the schedule and very professional when they came out to check out the issue !!! I had a quote the next day for the repairs. They were very reasonable and provide a fantastic warranty for there work. I have referred them to many of my clients that I work with. They work very efficiently and are very honest about what is or is not a problem when assessing the roof repair. There work is outstanding!!! I will continue to refer them.

Excellent workmanship. They also repaired weathered facia boards and chimney cap that had come loose from a storm. They completed job quickly and removed all debris.

The work was performed over 6 months ago and it still brings a smile to my face. It was such a pleasant experience. The entire crew from the inspection, office personnel and the actual roofers were all wonderful and professional. Not only did they do a super job but they took the time to enhance the aesthetics of the roof. This is the second time I have used German Roofing and will use them again on future properties. This is the 3rd time that I have used German Roofing. They completely replaced a roof at our previous home. They replaced roofs for 2 friends. They have worked on the roof of this home at the close of escrow. And resolved a leak that subsequently happened on the other side of the roof. I have also referred a total of 4 friends to them. I could not be more pleased. They are professional, thorough, clean up when they are finished, and very friendly. Neither I nor my friends have ever had one issue with them.

I've used German roofing for 7 years. They replaced 2 roof's for me. The crew is professional and knowledgeable. I trust them. I will continue to use them for all my roofing needs.

They came out for estimate and I believe they were honest and competitively priced with other quotes we had received. They said they would arrive at around 8, but by 10:00 we had heard nothing. No one answered the phone when we called. We left a message, emailed, waiting another two hours, and then made other plans. An hour later we got an email that said they would be here in 10 minutes. I had to reschedule, as we made other plans at that point. We then set up a new appointment, and they did not show up again. We called and emailed with no answer or response. We rearranged out whole day taking our baby to a family member's house so she could nap, but they never showed up. They did refund us the $800 we had paid so far. We'll be looking elsewhere as they don't seem to keep track of their scheduled appointments.

Very bad. They did not replace the bad plywood. They left it unfinished for one month. When I signed the contract it was promised to be finished for 6-8 days, they came back after a month. I told the contractor to replace the damaged plywood before he placed the tiles and they didn’t. I told them to fix the problem and they didn’t. There are broken tiles on the roof, when it rains I don’t see where the water run off is going. The contract also stated that they would paint and replace the trim. They did not. They were also supposed to replace pigeon spikes, they placed them in the wrong spot and they were very rude. They began January 23rd and it wasn’t finished until March. I paid them 20 thousand dollars and my roof isn’t in good shape.
